This thoughtfully designed space makes the most of every square foot and is perfect for families, couples, or friends who want easy beach access, walkable attractions, and resort-style amenities. This is a small, efficiently designed beach condo that prioritizes location, comfort, and value over extra square footage. The space is thoughtfully laid out and works best for guests who plan to spend their time enjoying the beach, pools, and local attractions.
Sleeping arrangements include:
One full-size bed in the bedroom
Two built-in small single bunk beds (best suited for children or smaller adults)
One full-size sofa sleeper in the living area
While compact, the unit is updated, clean, and well cared for, offering a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach.
Please note: the building exterior is currently under construction, which may include weekday work crews and occasional brief elevator downtime. The interior of the unit is fully updated and not affected by the construction.
This condo is an excellent choice for guests seeking affordable beachfront access, family-friendly amenities, and a smart use of space.
House Rules
• No Pets:
No pets of any kind are permitted in the unit or on the property.
• Primary Renter Age Requirement:
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Maximum Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is 6 guests at all times. Exceeding this limit is not permitted.
• Towels:
Bath towels are provided for indoor use only. Please do not take towels to the beach or pool. Towels that are excessively stained (including sunscreen, sand, mud, or makeup) or damaged may result in a replacement fee. Makeup towels available.
• Sand & Beach Etiquette:
Please rinse off sand using outdoor showers or taps before entering the unit. Excessive sand inside the condo may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Wet Items & Furniture:
Please do not place wet swimsuits or towels on furniture or bedding. Damage or staining may result in additional charges.
• Balcony Safety:
No climbing, sitting, or hanging items over balcony railings. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with community guidelines.
• Food & Trash:
Please promptly dispose of food and seafood waste. Odors left in the unit may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Longer Stays & Cleanings:
For stays longer than 7 nights, a required mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every 7 days. Additional cleaning fees apply.
• Property Notice:
The complex is currently undergoing exterior improvements. Construction occurs during weekdays, and work crews may be present. The elevator may be temporarily unavailable for short periods. Pricing reflects this condition.
Fire Safety & Tampering
Tampering with, disabling, or covering smoke detectors or fire alarm devices is strictly prohibited.
Any resulting fines, including but not limited to HOA, city, or building fines (which may be up to $2,000 or more), will be passed on to the guest responsible.
To unlock door tap the locked screen to waken.Type code in and press lock button. To lock door, you’ll need to pull handle a little to make sure aligned with door frame correctly, and hold down lock button until you hear it lock. It can be annoying to ensure it is aligned, and I apologize for this, but the coastal weather is not a friend to doors.
To open patio door; there is an EXTRA lock. Look up and you will see a rectangle white lock on the door. You will need to press the top part up and bottom part down until it is unlocked. THEN unlock the door lock that in the handle. To lock just do the opposite. Please do not leave patio door open. While it is beautiful the humidity will quickly take over and ruin the unit temperature for your stay.
If you need to take out trash bins are located near elevators and clothes washing areas on every floor.
Please return AC to 75 at checkout. Also be cautious of not lowering under 71 as system can freeze up. Please keep doors closed as the coastal humidity will quickly make the condo hot and sticky.
Checkin at front desk and they will make gate cards and will charge $20. Failure to do so can result in a fine of up to $200.
Pools are located at building 1 and 3. Beach accesses gates are also located near building 1 and 3 (opposite side of pools).
There’s front desk staff and maintenance staff that can help if needed for building info.
