Vitamin Sea ist eine Wohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer / einem Bad, die einen erholsamen und ruhigen Kurzurlaub vom Alltag bietet. Sonne ist gut für die Seele und wenn Sie hier bleiben, werden Sie es aufsaugen! Dieses Gerät befindet sich im 2. Stock und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Lake Padre. Sie sind nur 50 m vom Strand und nur wenige Schritte vom glitzernden Pool und dem Whirlpool entfernt. Sie haben auch Zugang zu den Bar-B-Q-Gruben, einem privaten Teich, einem Pavillon, einem Businesscenter und einem Fitnesscenter.

Sobald Sie den Eingang betreten, genießen Sie eine komplett renovierte Wohnung, die einen offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich bietet, in dem Sie alle zusammenbringen können, während Sie Ihren Urlaub genießen. Dort finden Sie auch einen Flachbild-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Queensize-Bett und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa mit Memory-Schaum-Matratze. Drinnen ist großartig, aber Sie werden wahrscheinlich Ihre Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lake Padre verbringen wollen.

Cozy beachside stay

This was the perfect clean and cozy condo with the most straightforward access to the beach at a very reasonable price. Nice pool and amenities and the baby gear they had was an added bonus since we did have a little one with us. Honestly my only complaint is not about the property at all but instead the app they request you use as it was constantly crashing.

Apartment was really clean but the balcony, including the outdoor chairs, were pretty dirty and the little table was broken so couldn’t use it. Need better pillows on bed too. Great location for the beach. Would go back again.

My only complaint, just as before, it really needs blackout curtains. The complexes lights shine right into the unit making the bedroom appear daylight at night. This issue doesn’t prevent me from staying in the unit but I will admit that I do not sleep very well. It is extremely close to the beach and the unit is clean.

Clean, bright, exactly as advertised

The condo is clean, bright and spacious for a family of 3. I recommend a noise machine and eye mask if you are a light sleeper as it has a lot of light noise from the complex itself at night. The condo is well kept but the complex looks a little worn. That being said, we had a great time, enjoyed the time we were in the condo and felt safe and satisfied. We will be renting again!

For an older property it was pretty nice. The location was great! The pool and area was fantastic. There was dog hair on the couch and the floor when we arrived. The rental said no pets allowed. The bedroom mattress was awful!! We barely slept at night. I suggest they invest in a new mattress. Other then that the place was quiet and fit ours needs.

Turns out they don't care about that contract and don't guarantee your check in time. So we got there at noon and couldn't get into the rental. Not a great way to start off your vacation.

Okay, a bit pricey for what you get

We rent from VRBO a lot, and I have to admit I miss the actual “by owner” part of VRBO. The property was comfortable enough, but not having the comforts of home was a bit disappointing. There are no kitchen staples, ice maker, water in the fridge, or extra blankets, pillows, etc. No beach gear (thankfully we didn’t need it) but generally beach places provide this especially for families who don’t travel to the beach a lot. I know all of that is in the description, but for the price, it should be included. The building could use some upkeep/deep cleaning but is decent and not in disrepair. Building feels safe, and family friendly, the bed is comfortable, pool is nice, Roku TV was nice. We never had an issue with parking. It’s very close to the beach which was busy but clean. most people opt for a golf cart/gator or drive, but we had bikes. There is a lot of road noise, beware. We enjoyed our stay overall, with room for improvement.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although everything in the unit/complex pictures is there, the pictures make everything seem at least 25% bigger than it actually is. As a fitness person, the 'fitness center' was poor. More of a room than a center. For long term renters, some additional TP, garbage bags and cleaning products would be nice. I know that it's stated that a renter will need to go shopping beyond initial setup items, buying these items even in small quantities/sizes means you're going to have to either throw must away or drag them home. The unit/complex is very quiet and located close to the beach, shopping and entertainment/restaurants. Out of control of the complex, but the weather, constant clouds and WIND, not my thing. Regarding 'would you recommend', probably not, but that's very personal.
