MAIN LIVING SPACE: A relaxed, window-line den on the first floor opens into the dining area and stylish kitchen, creating a light and airy space for everyone to hang out. The dining table sits six, while the kitchen island seats three on Chippendale, bar-height stools. A beachy palette of primarily white with soft teal and gray accents backs high-end selections for lighting, upholstery, window treatments, and more. UPDATE! The stunning community pool at Cinnamon Shore South is now open. It’s a cabana-lined oasis, with infinity edges overlooking the lake, a sun deck, and hammocks over the water. It’s also heated in cooler months.

Surf & Sand is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Surf & Sand the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night. An automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 will be added to the reservation, as well as any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
