Genießen Sie den sonnenverwöhnten Luxus dieser Flucht an der Golfküste. Sie betreten das Anwesen und betreten den offenen Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich, der sich ideal zur Unterhaltung eignet und über einen ausklappbaren Esstisch sowie eine Frühstückstheke verfügt. Die Möbel sind komfortabel und das Dekor ist ausgesprochen küstennah, mit warmen Hölzern und tropischen Details. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen von Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen benötigen. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Wenn Sie sich auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks befinden, passieren Sie das große Badezimmer, bevor Sie zu einem geräumigen Gästezimmer gelangen, das mit einem Queensize-Bett sowie zwei Etagenbetten ausgestattet ist. Gleich hinter dem Gästezimmer befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem eigenen Badezimmer. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeiten benötigen, steht Ihnen im Wohnbereich ein Queensize-Schlafsofa zur Verfügung.
Genießen Sie ein paar Sonnenstrahlen auf der privaten Terrasse am Pool und die komplexen Grillmöglichkeiten der Bar-B-Q sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Lassen Sie sich dieses Endgerät nicht entgehen, das sich hervorragend für eine Familie oder nur für zwei Paare eignet, die auf der Suche nach einem Ausweg sind.

Haustiere sind nur in haustierfreundlichen Unterkünften gestattet. Es gibt eine Gebühr von 100 USD pro Haustier für alle Aufenthalte von 7 Tagen oder weniger, 200 USD für Aufenthalte von 8 bis 29 Tagen und 300 USD für Aufenthalte von 30 Tagen oder mehr. Darüber hinaus wird eine Reinigungsgebühr für Haustiere in Höhe von 50 USD für Aufenthalte von 7 Tagen oder weniger, von 7,5 USD für Aufenthalte von 8 bis 29 Tagen und von 100 USD für Aufenthalte von mehr als 30 Tagen erhoben. Clean, comfortable, and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on North Padre. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The condo was well equipped with items to cook and eat our own breakfasts. We enjoyed being right across from the gate to the swimming pool. The pools were comfortably warm and very nice. We also enjoyed the patio! We appreciated how close the beach is. We decided to drive and park on the beach because we had so much stuff to carry, but it was right around the corner. We would stay again.

Great location

We loved the area and location of our rental property and loved that the swimming pool was right outside our patio. The only thing we didn’t like too much was the doggie potty area was rocks and the teeny bit of grass was on a hill and full of stickers. Our fur baby didn’t appreciate that very much and his fur is full of stickers. Other than that, everything was perfect. Short drive to the beach as well.

A few pieces of furniture were needing of repair and we made sure to call that in on arrival. The shower curtains in the bathrooms have mildew on them. On another note, there was a new Keurig coffee maker that we could not get to operate. We did find another coffee maker in the cabinets, though, so we did have coffee. The frying pans have seen better days and food sticks badly to them.Leaving the outer paper wrapping on the toilet paper is silly. In both baths, when we tried to get the paper off, the toilet paper holders flew apart. We did get them put back together.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Village By The Beach! Its proximity to the beach makes it a breeze to go back & forth. We love the pool! It's literally out your front door! This condo was very clean & the beds were comfortable. It even had a margarita machine with a full set of beautiful glasses to go with it (though we didn't use it).This was our 4th stay in the complex. This condo had the least amenities of any we have stayed in. Luckily, we were also renting a second condo for other family & we did our cooking there. Other than the glasses with the margarita machine, there were only 2 full size glasses. The rest were small. There were minimal pots & pans & one needed to be thrown away. One of coffee cups had the handle broken off. There were no complimentary trash bags or dishwasher pods to get you started. The handle on one of the chairs on the porch wasn't attached. Also, they are serious when they say they provide one towel & washcloth per person. Just a few updates & maybe add a few more items to the kitchen & it would be 5 stars.

We love Villages by the beach!

We have stayed at the villages by the beach every year for the last 4 years. We love the complex. This was our first stay in this end unit. 6 days/5 nights. Check in was at 4pm but wasn’t ready until 4:30. We didn’t receive any notice that the unit would not be ready when promised. I had to call the management company and ask when we would receive our code to enter our unit and was told the inspector was checking the unit for cleanliness. We saw the person leaving and it was the maid service, not an inspector. I feel that the maid was probably rushed after I called since the floor was not thoroughly cleaned and one bed had linens wrapped sitting on top of a bare mattress. I think with the fees we pay for cleaning, the floor could be cleaned better and bed be made. We found a broom in the washroom and swept but no dustpan to pick up the mess. I believe the unit accommodates 8 people but the furniture in the living area would not allow you to lounge comfortably. We are a family of 4 and the only comfortable seating was the couch. This unit needs an updated living room set. That aside , this end unit has the best access to the pool and to load and unload items from your parking spots. I would definitely book this unit again if I saw it had more comfortable seating in the living area. On an extra note there was a paper there that said to contact the property manager if we had any issues during our stay. I didn’t contact them because I don’t feel the furniture issues would have been fixed during our 5night stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying here. The kids loved thepool and it was a really nice pool. The rental unit was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again.
