Just Beachy

Come check out my newly renovated condo. This is a one bedroom completely furnished, beach view condo. There’s a queen size bed in the bedroom, Bunk beds in the hallway and a leather couch in the living room. The condo can sleep 5 if one person sleeps on the couch. If you have a large group coming in, i have 3 condos in a row that could comfortably sleep 15 people.

This condo sits on the beach in a gated community. There are 2 beach access gates or if you feel like lounging by the pool we have 2 swimming pools on the property, 1 being heated which is perfect for those cooler nights. There's also a outdoor Tiki Hut area with a fire pit and tables & chairs, perfect for cooking out or birthday parties. I have recently been hired in as the event coordinator for this resort and will be hosting an event each week. It could be a pool party, beach party, karaoke, or movie night at the pool so be sure to check with me to see what might be happening during your stay.

Things to Note:
There is a non-refundable $15 check-in fee, which is payable upon check-in. This covers your parking pass, gate keys, and wrist bands. You can feel safe knowing security is on site 24hrs.

Around the Neighborhood:
There are many great places to visit close by. Blackbeards would probably be my favorite place on North Beach. I recommend the seafood queso.
Smoke previously known as Fajitaville, is a very cool beach restaurant/bar. They have volleyball, cornhole, and other fun games for the whole family.
The USS Lexington is a short walk from the condos and the aquarium is just a little bit further. You could walk it but I’d recommend a car or bicycles if you have kids. There’s also scooters available to rent.
Across the Harbor bridge on your right you’ll find Whataburger Field where you can go watch the Hooks play some baseball and also Hurricane Alley Waterpark.
Downtown is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants, bars, parks and sites to see. Some of my favorites are Water Street Oyster Bar, Crawdaddy’s, Dokyo Dauntaun, Executive Surf Club, and Republic of Texas Bar and Grill.
Night life I’d recommend The Point on Tuesdays for karaoke, Rockits, Goldfish and Bus are also some local favorite bars
