Gorgeous interiors accommodate up to eleven guests, with plush king beds and a bunk room spread across the second and third levels. Enjoy convenient elevator access to the main living floors, and take the stairs to the top-floor loft, where an additional sleeper sofa awaits.

AMENITIES: At North, resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes with a fishing dock, cozy fire pits, a fully equipped fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape. Enjoy our on-site dining options, including a Mediterranean bistro, a pizzeria, and a coffee shop and café. The vibrant Town Center brings the community together with events, activities, and live music throughout peak season and on holiday weekends.

ENTRY: The first floor includes an entry area with private elevator access that reaches to the third floor.

LIVING SPACES: This home offers multiple entertainment spaces across the second, third, and fourth floors. On the second level, a cozy living room—also suited for use as a private office—provides a quiet retreat, perfectly removed from the activity above.
The main living area on the third floor impresses with a bright, all-white kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances. A wet bar makes entertaining effortless after a day at the beach or exploring Port Aransas. Gather around the dining table for six or enjoy casual seating at the kitchen island with bar-height chairs for two.
Climb the stairs to reveal a fourth-floor loft overlooking the main living area—a peaceful perch perfect for relaxing above it all.
Throughout the home, six large-screen smart TVs provide plenty of entertainment options, while double balcony doors in the living area open wide to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: With a mix of king beds, bunks, and bonus sleeping spots, the home’s sleeping spaces are designed for mixing, matching, and making everyone feel right at home.
On the second floor, the charming bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk shares a hall bath with an office nook that has a full-size sleeper sofa. The king master bedroom on this floor has an en suite bath with walk-in shower and balcony access.
The third floor offers the second king bedroom at the top of the stairs, with lovely all-white interiors and a shared hall bath.
In the fourth-floor loft, a queen-size pullout sofa accommodates additional guests.

GREAT FEATURES: In addition to the quick trip downstairs to Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria, Shore Cafe, and The Boutiques you’ll have the shortest of strolls over to Mediterranean-style Lisabella’s Bistro on the Town Center green, and Still Water pool.
The office nook is thoughtfully designed for the remote executive, complete with an ergonomic chair, desk, monitor, keyboard, Yeti microphone, Jabra speaker, and Logitech camera—everything you need to power through Zoom meetings.
A convenient washer-dryer unit tucks into a closet on the second floor, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off sandy feet before returning from the beach to relax.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET-FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Sandy Boots Beach House is a non-pet-friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sandy Boots Beach House the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy, it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The construction was directly across the street from this property. The assigned parking spaces for this unit were never available and always used my someone so we had trouble finding parking.The flies at the entry door were horrid since the trash bin is located right next door and the pizza place had their trash outside daily.The elevator was unavailable so walking 4 flights of stairs was rough.The staff as very friendly and that was the positive!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and in a good location to restaurant and entertainment on Cinnamon Shore property. However, we weren't able to get into our house util two hours after check-in time. They messed up our beach chair rental reservations and with the new city ordinance it caused a lot of headache for our entire trip with kids. We got shifted to CS South and unfortunately we got stuck in sand with our 5 month old baby and never made it. A few notes for the house would be to add extra blankets to beds because the blankets are not warm. An extra set of sheets would have been great too after a sandy beach day. The house had minimal phone service and the wifi in the bedrooms didn't work. The shower curtains are pretty rusted and need to be updated. If you have small kids bring your own baby gate for the stairs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. A broom would also be great to have access to!

Dylan’s Pizza Below is a Big Problem

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the house smells of what we figured out eventually is probably broccoli coming from the pizza place below. You get used to it as you are inside, but have to adjust every time you enter. Also the elevator was unreliable so know that if mobility is an issue. The biggest problem was the first night Dylan’s pizza had workman repairing their AC in the middle of the night. We asked them to stop and they would it. It was after midnight when we first asked. They were very rude and we eventually had to call the police to make them stop Alice they were violating city ordinance. It was after 2am at this point. The whole next day when the workman came back they deliberately left hand trucks and garbage directly in front of the door to the condo. While Dylan’s Pizza ultimately agreed to pay for that night, Cinnamon Shore itself didn’t have much to say about the issue nor offer to do anything for us. The condo itself is nice and comfortable. But the location above the pizza place is not somewhere I would stay again nor recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was clean and as described. It actually had a lot more than most rentals; spices, cups, etc.. even had several bottles of booze (we didn’t drink). A couple of things to be aware of: Lots of up and down stairs, not a place for someone out of shape or injured. Front door is next to back door for cafe where garbage is set out and parking spot is next to garbage drop for condos. Lots of flies.
