Cozy home

This home away from home has everything you need, is clean, cozy, spacious and equipped with all you need for a holiday week. Bear in mind that Rockport is not really at the Gulf coast and it’s beach is not too inviting with seaweed, jellyfish etc. - for a better beach experience drive 20 minutes to Port Aransas.

Quaint home in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located just minutes from the public beach. Mattress comfort is springy and nothing to write home about. The AC system also struggles to maintain 74 degrees during the summer months and ran for long periods of time in the afternoon during our stay.

nice stay in Rockport

We had an enjoyable stay in Rockport. The home was comfortable and the yard perfect for our dogs. We went for several walks a day throughout the neighborhood and everyone we met was wonderful. The laundry was out in the shop which meant you had to go outside to wash but they had a basket so it really wasn't a problem. The house was perfect for what we needed.

Great little house!

House was very clean and well stocked. Very cozy. Might need to change out the shower curtain as it was quite long into the tub and caused slipping. Other than that, it was great and would rent it again.

Mini vaca

The house sits in a nice quiet neighborhood. The deadbolt lock was a little tempermental. The outside trash cans were over flowing. The house is nice and well stocked. The couch had pet hair on it. The kitchen cabinet had dead light bugs behind the toaster. The master bedroom carpet had several stains on the carpet. We killed a couple water roaches in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and the use of your house.

Comfortable Home w/ a great backyard!

Stayed with my 2 pups and spouse. The house was comfortable and the dogs loved running in the backyard. Only complaint was there was no toilet paper. Contacted the property manager who said they would bring some the morning following our arrival, but they never did. It was easy enough to buy some at the HEB though! We would stay here again.

Birthday Getaway

Booking and communication was awesome. The house was roomy and stocked well. Shaded yards which also equalled the perfect amount of natural light coming in. We celebrated my daughters 10th bday (Livy-palooza) and it was perfect. Fulton beach, port aransas, a drive in movie, shopping. Everything was close by or an easy trip. We had our dog with us and he made friends with the back fence neighbor dog. It was huge but very friendly, a gentle giant. The ac was absolutely perfect, especially after getting a little sunburn. Met our neighbor on the corner (a hometown celebrity), absolute sweetheart, which was comforting since im a single mom with 2 young girls. Property owner was very responsive and the sweetest man ever. All in all we had a great time and cant wait to return. Mr. Don thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Lovely Rockport Cottage!

This property is located on a quiet street near all the action of Rockport. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. The owners and property manager were easy to communicate with and took great care to see that we were happy. I would highly recommend staying at this cottage.

Perfect Rockport Rental for the Fam

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 5 and our dog. The backyard was spacious, shaded, and well-maintained; perfect to unwind after a long day at the beach. Great neighborhood and proximity to the beach, downtown, and Fulton Harbor. We'll be back!

Birthday Get away

This was the cutest place ever! The oak trees were so beautiful to look at everyday. The beach was a few blocks away and we rented a cart and did many things. You have to go to the Fulton Museum and on your way home or during the day, definitely to to see the BIG TREE. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend staying here.

Spotless

Cottage was spotless. Bed too hard for wife and she was unhappy with shower. Beautiful fenced yard but dog hard to to combed because of ticks and fleas. Overall it could easily be fixed Travel on.
