Dieses komplett renovierte und modernisierte Haus bietet vom Deck aus einen herrlichen Meerblick und liegt in der Nähe von weißen Sandstränden. Hören Sie der Brandung zu und beobachten Sie die Wellen vom Deck aus oder machen Sie einen Spaziergang am Strand und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang. Dieses Strandhaus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder und bietet WLAN. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen Sie sich auf einer der drei Sofas im Wohnzimmer im zweiten Stock, während Sie den 46-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sehen oder einfach nur die Stereoanlage hören. Der zweite Stock hat auch eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Esszimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer (2 Etagenbetten in einem und das andere hat ein französisches Bett und Bad). Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und fantastischem freiem Blick auf den Golf befindet sich im dritten Stock. Die erste Etage ist ADA zugänglich, verfügt über zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, Wohn- / Esszimmer und eine eigene Küchenzeile. Grill ist nicht vorgesehen. KEIN GARAGENZUGANG!

Great for an easy walk to the beach. Clean and tons of kitchen supplies. Deck gate a little hard to latch. No grill available unfortunately. And there are two bedrooms downstairs not connected to the rest of the rooms. Would be perfect for two families but we didn't end up using those rooms since none of our kids wanted to be down there. Still plenty of room upstairs. Beautiful views.

A wonderful home! This was a family beach trip for us and the walkway to the beach was great for the moms with little children. They could bring the little ones back for their nap.The balcony in the back that overlooks the dunes was wonderful also. We spent evenings up there. This is our second time to rent this home and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay at Pelican’s Plave

We have a. Large family of 7 adults and 6 children. We chose this house because of the three stories so we would have room to spread out! Perfect choice! The house was amazing and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The community does have a private boardwalk to the beach which was very convenient. We definitely would stay here again!

Nice location

Pros - Great location. Beach is walking distance. Enough space for 2-3 families with kids. Maintenance available 24/7 Cons - Bottom floor smelled unpleasant. No connectivity in 1st and 2nd floor from inside the house. Water leak on first floor, though attended by maintenance caused inconvenience during the stay.

Beach access road 2 is a quick dash for the hauling of beach gear (canopy, coolers and chairs) to our spot. The pool is several houses away and has no shade for sun relief. The house could use a second broom on the main level and needs kitchen towels and hot pads. Otherwise, everything was great!! House is a quick drive to Port A and only 20 minutes to HEB plus in Flour Bluff. We loved our stay!

It was very clean, air conditioner and all appliances worked, and it was very close to the beach. There is a boardwalk right on site that heads to the beach and is only a 3-5 min walk. I have stayed at a couple other places in port a and this one has been my favorite. I will hope to get this place again next year and recommend to anyone looking for a vacation beach house!!!

Property was great size and spacious for everyone. Short walk to the beach. Several lights and fans did not work inside on all floors. All patio lights outside on all floors did not work except for one light in driveway. Washer didn’t work. No utensils or cups downstairs.

However, our family has grown so much we now need a much larger space. This beach house was perfect for us. The kids and their wives and children slept in the downstairs apartment. The rest of us slept in the upstairs quarters. Place was clean, cool and comfortable. Close to the beach and the pool was small but nice.

The property was clean, convenient, comfortable with all the appliances, kitchen wares, & normal room needs that we might want & it was all decorated in a tasteful and artsy manner! The property was well equipped, better than we expected! It worked out very well for our whole family, And it was also fairly close to the beach, which is where we spent a great deal of time! One thing that you might want to fix is the wood flooring in the living room hallway on the 2nd floor. It's bowing and coming apart. Thank you!

I would highly recommend this location to others considering a rental just a nit out of town. For us the location was perfect as we didn't want to be to close to the Spring Break crowds. The only negative I could say about this house was the disconnect from the lower lover. We had 5 couples in our party and two of them who slept on the first level had to go outside in the rain to come up to the 2nd floor main level to join the rest of us for dinner or just socializing.
