Situated a quarter-mile from the beach (a 15-minute walk), this beautiful newly-constructed home has three levels that offer spacious interiors, stylish furnishings, sprawling decks with lounge furniture on every level, and enough space to sleep 15. Walk along the boardwalk to the powdery white sand of Port Aransas Beach or take a dip in a shared outdoor pool just a couple blocks from home.

LIVING AREA
Kick back on the stylish sectional in the bright living area and watch a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV with cable. Two additional armchairs offer total seating for seven.

KITCHEN & DINING
A fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and a luxe island with four seats. It also offers a complete range of quality stainless steel appliances.
When it’s time to eat, enjoy meals at the 10-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home has four bedrooms that sleep up to 15 guests. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

The master suite offers a king bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and access to the third-level deck. The en-suite master bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom provides a queen bed, flat-screen TV, access to a second-level deck, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. A third bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with fun kid's decor throughout. The third bath in the hall has a tub/shower combination.

The fourth bedroom (the bunk room) has a separate exterior entrance and includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and two twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps 8). This inviting private space has a lounge area with a sofa, six-person table, 55” flat-screen TV, and adjacent kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The en-suite bath includes a double vanity and walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Catch a sea breeze while entertaining on three separate outdoor areas. The covered patio holds three Adirondack chairs, two picnic tables, and a gas grill, while the second-level deck features alfresco dining, four Adirondack chairs, and two lounge chairs. A third-level deck boasts seating for two with expansive views. The outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach.

EXTRA AMENITIES
The Lost Colony pool is located several properties away. Beach gear including chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and a wagon are available for your use.

Parking is available for five vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

The cargo lift is not available for guest use.

Port Aransas sits on a barrier island stretching out into the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Swim, fish, parasail, or simply lay back in the sun on the beach.
