Nestled on a large 1/4-acre lot with 26 live oak trees, and a rope lighted outdoor deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening steak on the grill. Our coastal bungalow is perfect for the couple who needs to get away from the rug rats, a family with children, or your annual guys or gals weekend to sit back after a day on the water with old friends, a cold beverage, and tell lies about the one that got away!

Parking: We welcome our Coastal Bend Anglers! Got a boat? Coming down for a guided bay or offshore trip? Bringing the team for an annual fishing tournament? We are here to accommodate. The single vehicle width driveway was designed long enough to accommodate a Pickup Truck, or full-size SUV with an attached 30' prop to tongue boat trailer, keeping your prized possession off the street and out of hotel parking lots.
TV & WiFi: The home is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi for all of your devices at 400MBPS. Netflix is available for movies. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's to watch all of your favorite content.
Working Remotely: Need to get away from it all, but still need to make those "Benjamins"? Bring your laptop for a few days, enjoy our complimentary coffee, and make that bank while working remotely. Then spend the rest of the day fishing or relaxing. (It's remote working, your boss won't know.)
Coffee Bar: Got coffee? Enjoy our complimentary coffee bar! Includes a Keurig coffee maker, a variety of creamers, sweeteners, and an assortment of coffee pods assured to start your day the right way.
Pets: We are pet friendly and your furry family member will enjoy our large fully fenced open air backyard. The custom framed hog wire panel fence was built with smaller breeds in mind (Toby our miniature Dachshund to be exact), but will also accommodate the big fellas too. The fence was intentionally designed with narrower spaces between welded wire near the bottom of the fence, and will give you peace of mind that Fido wonât be touring Fulton & Rockport without you.

Our professional cleaning service adheres to the highest cleaning standards, and the home is professionally cleaned after each guestâs stay and prior to your arrival to ensure your health, comfort and safety. We are always available during your vacation to gladly answer your questions or requests; however, we value your privacy and work hard to communicate all the information you will need prior to your arrival allowing you uninterrupted time with friends and family.
After a long day at the beach, antiquing in downtown Rockport, Birding, or catching that perfect slot red or monster trout in the flats of Redfish Bay or Estes. Enjoy a cold beverage, cook your favorite steak on the grill, or fry up the dayâs bounty under the Oaks on our 400sqft rope lighted outdoor deck. With Fulton Beach Road just a short 4/10ths of a mile away.
Local Coastal Bend Amenities: Guests are a short drive to Fulton Pier, gift shops, boat ramps and tackle stores, or the many infamous Rockport/Fulton eateries, pubs, and restaurants.
