Book your next getaway at Sandy Good Time, a newly remodeled, second-floor condo located near the front of the complex, a short walk around the corner to the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. You will find the open floor plan accommodating and intimate for a couple or small family with stylish, crisp coastal decor carried throughout. The living room is comprised of a plush couch that folds out to a Queen sleeper sofa, a matching accent armchair, and an ottoman, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the kitchen, furnished with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for four. There is additional seating at the bar for two. For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly off of the kitchen behind folding doors. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the Bay breeze. The master suite (BR1) awaits you with a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a granite vanity separated from the tile tub/shower area. The sink can also be accessed from the laundry area. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach. No special occasion is needed to come and have a Sandy Good Time!

Corporate feel apartment meets bare minimum

Clean property that feels very corporate. This place is operated very minimally. No hangers in closet, no luggage rack, no cushions on the patio chairs, king bed has twin size pillows, one jug of bright blue liquid in shower to cover everything, 1 k-cup to get us started and a rusted coffee pot. The worst part was the master bedroom window which faces bright street lights and no black out curtains. The shower has a cheap liner with no curtain over it. No games. Our kids slept on the pull out couch and fought over a small blanket that we found in the otherwise empty closet. Also, others commented that the golf cart was waiting for you but you really have to go pick up when the place is open. This wasn’t a big deal at all, just clarifying for others. Communication with property manager was great with an auto text going out and prompt responses to our questions.

Clean VRBO but rude owner

We’ve rented from this person now 3 times have never had any issues until this time. The property comes with a golf cart which is FANTASTIC. Except for we noticed throughout the week that all these carts were passing us left and right. Finally we took it up to the shop and said hey we think something is wrong it doesn’t go as fast as the others and we have rented and never had this issue. And instead of being said I’m so sorry let me see what we can do. The response was wanna bet money nothing is wrong…my husband was blown away by this response and was like no I just wanted to make sure. If they are all this way that’s perfectly fine. So the owner said go try out that one but I bet you everything you have it’s the same. Surprise surprise it wasn’t the new one was much faster and we weren’t being passed by others. My husband went back in and said okay fine wanna bet? The owner said no you should’ve earlier. I work in customer service and I would have NEVER had that as a come back. Even if I thought I knew nothing was wrong I would just simply apologize offer a new one and move on. Instead he wanted to be a dick to us after we have spent thousands with this man. It’ll be the last time we ever stay or rent from him. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken 2 years ago and still is so your toilet paper will 100% fall off so be prepared for that! The skillets were not clean they had eggs still on them that I had to clean off.

Family vacation

The condo sermed new, decorated nice, very neat and clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. Golf cart use with the rental was extremely nice as we did not realize how far from the beach it actually was. Main complaint we had is that there could have been more pots, pans and cups as we ate most of our meals in the condo. A hair dryer would have been nice, as we forgot to pack ours. Other than that we had a great stay!
