ABOUT THE CONDO

This stunning ground-floor unit offers a pleasing coastal color palette and tasteful furnishings throughout.

An open floor plan features 10’ ceilings, 8’ wood doors, accent lighting and crown molding. Fashionable tile floors with wood-grain texture flow throughout the space.

In the living room, sit down to watch the 50” TV on the couch or two armchairs. The entertainment system is stocked with board and card games for family fun.

The sleek kitchen features granite counters, aqua-blue tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen extras include a coffee maker and blender.

The sunlit dining room has a table for eight. Four more can sit at the kitchen island.

A private patio offers seating for four and serene native landscaping.

Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king bed with oak headboard, perfect study desk, 50” TV, and classy navy blue décor. Pamper yourself in the en-suite master bath with deep garden tub, tiled walk-in shower, and dual sinks.

The second bedroom has bright beach décor, a 39” TV with cable, and twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin trundle. The third bedroom has a king bed, 39” TV with cable, and walk-in closet. These bedrooms share a full bath complete with double vanity and tub/shower combination.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Each bathroom features a makeup mirror. Unassigned parking for two vehicles is provided in the outdoor lot.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
