Inside, this modern, coastal-inspired home boasts 4BR/3BA, comfortably sleeping 12. With a spacious, open living area featuring a dry bar, large sofa, and 65” Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of beach adventures. The well-stocked chef’s kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals, with a large dining table to seat everyone, and bar seating at the island for those who like to watch. This newly built, beautifully furnished home features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- The golf cart at Whatabeach is available for rent at a discounted rate. Please contact Coastal Ed's Coastal Carts for details.
- This home offers a 50-amp connection and a Level 2 EV CCS charger. Trailers are also welcome to connect.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Parking Details:
- Whatabeach: Parking is available for 4 vehicles. Boat parking is allowed. EV charger available for guest use.
- 50 Shades of Blue: Parking space available for 6-8 vehicles (depending on vehicle size). Boat parking is allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
