KOMPLEX / GEMEINSCHAFT
Das Nemo Cay Resort D107 ist bei Familien beliebt, die an die KĂŒste kommen. Der Komplex bietet eine Liste von Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sonst nirgendwo auf der Insel finden. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen schönen beheizten Salzwasserpool, ein Kinderbecken mit Springbrunnen, Palapas am Pool und einen Kinderspielplatz. Alles umgeben von ĂŒppiger tropischer Landschaft.
Der Komplex liegt zentral auf der Insel North Padre und neben dem brandneuen Wasserpark Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi. Zu den SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in der Umgebung zĂ€hlen der Mustang Island State Park, die Padre Island National Seashore, das Texas State Aquarium und kilometerlange windgepeitschte StrĂ€nde.

Das Interieur hat eine moderne KĂŒstenatmosphĂ€re mit beruhigenden Farben und bequemen Sofas, die Sie dazu ermutigen, sich zurĂŒckzulehnen und zu entspannen, wĂ€hrend Sie den 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sehen. Der offene KĂŒchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich ist der perfekte Ort, um alle zusammenzubringen und nach einem langen Tag am Strand ein nettes Familienessen zu genießen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Eines verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und das andere ĂŒber zwei Queensize-Betten. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa fĂŒr 2 weitere GĂ€ste im Wohnbereich und 2 Twin-Size-Zustellbetten fĂŒr insgesamt 12 GĂ€ste. Die KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner fĂŒr Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zĂ€hlen kostenfreies WLAN, 2 reservierte ParkplĂ€tze, Holzkohlegrill und Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer.

Die Haustiere mĂŒssen zu jeder Zeit am Strand oder außerhalb des Hauses an der Leine gefĂŒhrt werden. Wenn festgestellt wird, dass sich ein nicht gemeldetes Haustier in einer Unterkunft aufhĂ€lt, werden dem Gast 500 USD berechnet. 00 und gebeten werden, ohne RĂŒckerstattung zu verlassen.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. Also rollaway beds shown as put together/made up on listing, but they were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.

Awesome to sum it all up.

Just as advertised. Pool was great. Distance to beach was just around the corner. If I had any questions the staff was available on text or phone to answer anything I needed. Will definitely recommend and will stay again. Thanks for a vacation that provided far less stress than staying anywhere else.

We all had a cozy comfortable room to sleep in. The AC was super cold , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with . The Pool was nice and clean. Every room had a TV. Good place needs WiFi upgrade

This is a nice place and suitable for a crowd but not with the current WiFi setup. There was no WiFi upstairs at all. Cooking was easy and furniture was good in the unit, but kids and family were disappointed in the WiFi.

The reason I gave adequate as a rating for the property was because it didn’t give me the feeling of support I expected from this type of rental. Nagging details, yes, but they were still there such as minimal trash bags that turned me off to feeling I was supported. A hotel I could ask housekeeping if I needed extra bags for something. On the other hand when the dryer wouldn’t work I was pleased by the responses from management. When I presented this review to my wife she wanted to include pool as another positive to our stay. She and the grandchildren spent hours there. I’m grateful that the unit was available on short notice. Having it for my family was a big plus.
