House Of Views BB973, a premier, luxury three story beach house. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 half baths. There is also a game room, a huge living room with over-sized L shape leather sofa just perfect for your group of 16, and two large decks for taking in the gulf views and enjoying the breezes. There are 3 bedrooms with kings. 2 bedrooms have two Queen beds. One room has 4 twins. The twin room has a set of bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle. There is also a twin bed located on the first floor in the game room. Features include 12 beds and 8 large flat screen TV's. The game room has an air hockey table; as well as a viewing bar to watch the kids outside in the pool. The kitchen and dining features table seating for 12 and counter seating for 6 at the beautiful granite island. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals for your group. Amenities includes Internet, cable television, surround sound, and Bluetooth DVD players. After using the short dune walkover to enjoy a hot day on the beach; cool off in the private pool in the backyard while cooking dinner on a large gas grill.
HOUSE of VIEWS is professionally decorated with tasteful beach décor and is sure to be the best beach rental; perfect for your multiple family vacation. Everything was great! There were a few items that were kinda a little scary like a cockroach jumping on me in the bathroom at night hee hee but everything was great. It was awesome time we appreciate you letting us stay in your place and if we can do it again we will definitely only problem I had was the golf cart. It needs some heavy maintenance. I couldn’t go more than 1520 miles an hour and the brake was very hard to apply and it was hard to start in the morning, even though it was a little cool, thank you for everything bye bye-bye.

Overall I was pretty disappointed in our stay especially because this home accommodated everybody as far as bedrooms and the private pool and for the amount we spent the cleanliness was not up to par. Once we arrived the smell of the home was unpleasant, we were greeted by bugs on all levels of the home. I walked down the hall where all the bedrooms were located and could immediately see mold in all the showers from me just standing in the hallway. The photo of the shower pan was a picture after it was cleaned but the center drain in both showers were full of mold and around the bottom edges of the showers. The air filters were completely dirty, the pool was dirty and the couch on the 3rd main floor was dirty and missing a big piece of leather. The refrigerator smelt like fish and didn’t cool very well the washer smelt really bad. The main master bedroom on the 3rd floor was uncomfortable. Overall the house just felt gross and the first impressions just ruined our excitement especially because we were celebrating my mother-in-law’s birthday. There was also no hand towels in any of the bathrooms which they only left face towels to dry your hands.The house cleaners were sent out that day we arrived to clean the showers and to change the air filters which should have been done properly since we pay a cleaning fee. The pool person didn’t come to clean the pool until the morning we were checking out. The golf cart drove so slow & wouldn’t turn offa guy made fun of us on the road.

Great location

Overall we loved this property. The size and layout fit our friends trip perfectly and the location with the boardwalk to the beach was great for the littles and adults alike. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked. The parking situation was a little rough on a holiday weekend, but we made it work. We do have a few suggestions though. The bunkroom on the second floor desperately needs a fan of some sort. There is no airflow and it gets super hot in there. We had to go out and purchase our own floor fan to get through the weekend. Also, the refrigerator seal is broken and the door wouldn't shut properly. This resulted in major condensation and uneven cooling in the refrigerator and could have spoiled all of our food had we not noticed and rigged it shut. Lastly, the pool was very dirty when we arrived and we couldn't use it until management sent someone out to clean it. We understand these houses rent almost non-stop in the summer, but that was not cool considering the amount of money we paid to rent this house on a holiday weekend. Overall, we liked the property.

Nice house

Nice big house with lots of rooms! Had 10 of us, so we had lots of room, didn’t feel like we were in top of each other. Close to beach, golf cart was nice to ride on beach. Overall we had a good time, only negative was wish it would have been warmer!

Ideal and Immaculate

My family wanted a place to celebrate two of our daughter’s birthday. Grandma and Grandpa came along too. I cannot say enough about how ideal our stay was here. The condition of the house was immaculate and it felt luxurious. The linens were fresh and floors and counters spotless. The bathrooms were freshly cleaned. The view complete with a beautiful sitting area was breathtaking. The location of the property was just right being not too far from the beach to walk and close enough to enjoy the view. The extras were an absolute added bonus and were very appreciated. My father is unable to walk stairs but was able to enjoy every floor of this property because of the elevator. The game room was fun for the kids and the pool was super clean and so much fun as well. We really appreciated the giant golf cart included to use. It was very handy and large enough for the whole family. The appliances all worked great as expected and the AC was very efficient and worked perfectly. I really appreciated the organization of the kitchen and the availability of all the elements needed to prepare a home cooked meal. The communication with the host was quick and clear and one of our personal requests was addressed immediately and granted with kindness. I hope to return to this property again someday. It really was an ideal stay.

I was not happy and I would like for someone to call me or email me

In summary, Day 1 the refrig was making a terrible loud noise. I called mgt right away to report the problem since I had over $1000 worth of food in refrig & freezer. I had 14 people in the house. Thats why I got a BIG house. Maintenance came out. The refrig was about 40 degrees at that point and getting warmer. We were also nearing the end of the day and maint was going home soon. He called his supervisor, and they told him to tell me to go get bags of ice, on my dime, to pay for and fill the refrig with that and "they hope to have repair man out the following day." I then called and said that was not acceptable. I was not going to cool down my food over night with ice. Maintenance brought out a SMALL probably 15 cb ft refrig and placed it in the GARAGE filled it with ice and told me that's all they can do for now. NOT ACCEPTABLE. NO ONE ever called me back. NOT ONE person to see how things were with the smaller refrig. Then we started cooking the next day, the oven to the left of main oven started making loud noise, and not coming on so we were ONLY able to use one oven. Then we go to cook food on the GRILL and the GRILL CATCHES on fire!! It was filled with grease and immediately caught flames and burnt my friend's arm as he was trying to get it started. This grill should be one of the items that's ready for use. There were several large ZERO steering capabilities. Then Sunday, water starting coming out from vent hood onto the stove. Lots of water. Probably the AC

Work fishing trip

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay this past weekend in port Aransas. The house was beautiful and decorated so nicely. The kitchen was fully equipped with the cooking utensils we needed for hosting our clients at a work fishing trip. The only downside of the property was that the pool was not cleaned the entire time we were there. I called multiple times to get someone out and no one ever showed up. Overall a great house!

Port A is the best

We had the most wonderful stay at one of our family's most special places, Port Aransas. The house accommodated all of our family comfortably and easily. This home is beautiful and has everything that you would need. We love being a short walk over the boardwalk to the beach or a quick golf cart drive on Sand Castle. We did call Port A Escapes (the management company) and they were very kind and responsive. This home will definitely be on our list for future visits to the island. Thank you!!

Perfect family beach house

The house was perfect for my grown daughters and their families to join us for a back to school beach trip. The grandkids and adults had plenty of room to gather and play. The golf cart made it easy to take supplies to the beach and the nearby boardwalk made for a quick walk. We recommend the house and hope to stay again!

The Perfect Beach House

This is Truly the Perfect Beach House! It has all the amenities you will need while on vacation, ocean and pier views are not blocked by the surrounding building and the layout of the home provides plenty of space for small and large family groups. Plenty of activities available from the game room on the first floor, private pool for cooling off while barbequing and golf cart for cruising around the town.
