The Space:

Sunshine Bay House offers a thoughtfully designed layout, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house features two comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and there is a sofa bed and futon in the living room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. There is a TV in every room. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials. The heart of the home is the outdoor entertainment/ outdoor lounge area with over 900 sq ft of decking, a large gas BBQ pit, a 55" TV, expansive comfortable seating, outdoor bar with refrigerator and ice machine and lighted seating under a tree covered fenced in backyard. Also equipt with a outdoor shower for rinsing off at the end of the day. There is a work desk with hight speed internet (1Gbps) great lighting and USB capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, Keurig and all the necessary cookware and utensils makes cooking your catch of the day a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine on the large bayside porch or the screened in back patio to enjoy morning coffee or tea. The spacious backyard provides a relaxing retreat with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There are 4 TV's at the house, A 55-inch in the livingroom, a 55" in the outside living area and one in each of the bedrooms. The house also includes essential amenities such as air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
