Welcome to The Melrose, a traditional four square home built in 1938.

We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Ingleside and just minutes from all that the Coastal Bend has to offer; including, Rockport, Port Aransas & Corpus Christi.

Upon your arrival you will be welcomed on to the large & inviting front porch, as you enter the foyer you will be greeted by the gorgeous & original hardwood floors & staircase.

To the left is the adult lounge, offering an area to relax and reflect, this room offers a quiet space where you can read a book, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy your choice of nightcap all while marveling the beauty of our completely restored, antique baby grand piano, it promises to be a showstopper!

To your right is the warm and cozy living room offering an abundance of natural light & seating.

To the rear of the home you will pass through the original glass paned pocket doors while entering the formal dining room that comfortably seats 8, the picture window & French doors allow lovely views of the lush courtyard & large backyard. On your way to the modern & fully appointed kitchen you will notice one of two beautiful restrooms complete with a walk-in shower. Across the hall you’ll find the full size washer & dryer nook for your convenience.

Moving on to the upper level you will find the other spacious restroom with an oversized walk-in shower along with 4 luxuriously decorated bedrooms, 2 of which include French doors allowing direct access to the covered balcony from your room. There is also a 3rd set of French doors located in the main hall where we have created an open concept office area for all your work or study needs including a Wi-Fi printer.
