Charming Gypsy Caravan in private yard near university, downtown and river park

Comfortable, lovely, unique and eclectic English bow-ledged gypsy caravan located in a quiet neighborhood with private yard. Caravan has running cold/hot water, heat and electricity. Double bed, bench seats and desk.

Outside is a covered deck with outdoor kitchen: small fridge, hot plate, toaster oven. At the end of the deck, is a heated bathhouse with a modern composting toilet and sink- a private, outdoor shower, set amongst the trees adjoins the bath house.

A 80 foot path, lined with twinkle lights winds from street-side parking through the trees to the the Caravan and it's private and lushly landscaped yard with BBQ grill, picnic table and lawn chairs and umbrella.

The Caravan is equipped with fans, heat, wifi and of course the necessities for making coffee and tea. The kitchen has all the essentials for simple meal preparation including spices, honey, olive oil.

Easy access to downtown, the university and a river park with many trails. Free bus service just around the corner.

Designed for one or two quiet guests only, the Caravan is a sweet retreat from the road and reminiscent of simpler, quieter and pastoral times. Come for a night or a longer retreat. Freya, your host, offers oracle card readings that can be pre-arranged.
