Smoky Bear Lodge in Cosby Tennessee is a 4-plex boutique lodge across from the Smokies National Park! Each room is private with no shared living spaces. We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation when booking. Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)!! This unit is approximately 485 sq ft, with a luxurious Stearns & Foster king size mattress. All furniture is custom made from wood. Enjoy the 75" smart HDTV which is connected to xfinity cable and has the ability to connect to any of your streaming services. There is also a desk you may use.

This unit has a bathroom including a shower and a small sink. We provide all bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, tissues, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, two-burner hot plate, and a full size refrigerator. We provide all necessary cooking implements, including silverware, utensils, pots/pans, bowls, plates, cups, and mugs. There is a kitchen table with seating for two.

Game Room - Located directly off the parking lot by the fence yard, the game room includes Pool Table, Pac-man for two, virtual pinball, 86-inch tv with live tv, air hockey, foosball, and a custom arcade w/ 5,000 vintage games!

Fully Fenced Yard – Located off the parking lot and in front of the Game Room, you must keep your dog(s) on a leash when walking around the property.


Fire Pit, Charcoal Grills, and Water Fall Feature:

Located at the back of the property (Accessed via the gravel path by the Game Room/fenced yard entrance, and walk to the path to the back of the property – stay on the gravel path the whole way) in

Fire Pit – You will need firewood and lighting sources if you decide to use the fire pit. (You can purchase across the street at Donna Jo’s
Waterfall Feature – Located in the outdoor area, a rushing fountain with a bench to sit and relax (shut down in Jan and Feb or when temps below freezing)

Charcoal Grills – Located in the outdoor area, there are two charcoal grills and an outdoor sink with a picnic table. Please bring charcoal and lighting sources. You can purchase across the street at Donna Jo’s

Unit 2: Sleeps four (king bed and twin over full bunk) and has direct yard access.
Unit 3: Sleeps two, has a private back patio, a full bathtub, and a Ms. Pac-Man multi-game arcade game.
Unit 4: Sleeps two. You will have the entire cabin to yourself. There is outdoor parking for one vehicle. Access to the outdoor recreation area, fenced yard, and game room are shared with the other rentals in the community. We allow two dogs, up to 50 pounds. The pet fee is included in the final price of your reservation as long as the pet is added to the reservation at the time of booking. If the pet is not initially included in the reservation, then there is a flat $50 pet fee that is due before arrival.
