360 Deluxe SUITES has no shortcuts to try and give our guests the best experience in LUXURY and comfortability, and so here we present our newest, STUDIO in the heart of the 3 cities, just opposite the harbour. The area oozes luxury with Yachts, restaurants and also passing trades with the ferry being also within a few meters of the residence.
When entering this space the guests are treated with an amazing and COMFORTABLE KING SIZE BED, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A kitchen area, with table and chairs.
Beautiful typical Maltese balcony, beautiful surroundings. Balcony has also been refurbished.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchenette with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts a microwave, toaster, kettle and also an electric induction hot plate.
Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom with a SUPER COMFY KING SIZED bed.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.
Bathrooms| 1 bathroom, with a very strong pressured shower!
Full complete linens are changed every 2 weeks free of charge for Longer stays.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Cospicua (also known as Bormla) is a double-fortified city located on the East side in the Grand Harbour of Malta, opposite Valletta. Cospicua is flanked by Senglea (Isla) on the West and Vittoriosa (Birgu) on the East, making up the Cottonera region, also known as The Three Cities.
Property is adjacent to NICHOLSONS YACHT MARINA and MARINA SENGLEA close to all restaurants and amenities of Birgu and Senglea waterfront having two Michelin stars restaurants. it is also 1 min walk away from Valletta ferry, which gives you access to Sliema Ferry, Gozo fast ferry, Sicily Ferry and Cruise liners.
Valletta ferry is 1 min by walk, giving you access to Sliema ferry, Gozo Fast Ferry and Cruise Liners at same price as public transport.
Bus stop is just 3 mins by walk away, making traveling very cheap and convenient! We also offer taxi service 24/7 for high quality of service through the airbnb chat.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
EXTRA NOTES:
Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes). If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we will find.
The toilet system locally is very effective, however if anything other than toilet paper it could result in clogging the system. If this happens charges for repairs will be occurred.
Hot Water:
General a red pole switch is available before entering the bathroom, this has to be left on at all times so you can have the heated water you deserve at your disposal !
Wifi:
Wifi is included in the price and always available in the apartment - Wifi boxes have the password, if changed you will see a notification in the welcome pack or you can always ask your checkin guide to make it that much easier !
Waste Schedule:
Locally we have rigorous waste schedules, waste have to go out within the time frame of the schedule or heavy fines will be made from the government - Please make sure you know the schedule before putting the things out, if not you may always ask us and will will give it to you. Note: Schedules are generally within the apartment.
AC:
Please make sure the AC remotes are set on the Cool/Warm depending what you wish for many times you can change the mode by mistake if this happens generally you will not have the desired result from the AC.
