Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- A living room with a single sofa bed
- A play area for children
- A bathroom with bathtub (specific access: under the attic)
- Two separate toilets

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful 400 m² shared garden, south-facing
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- An adjoining laundry room is available.
