Excellent rental comparable to the conveniences of home. Full-size fridge is included, though making a little noise cycling in the middle of the night. Step-in shower and bathroom lighting are good--and qualify as accessible. Kitchen/living areas convenient. Delighted to find a firm mattress which provided good sleep. I did not investigate the property fully before rental to learn location is directly next to Cotter City Hall and building juts almost to the street line. Be ready for train horn which is unique. Parking is questionable, especially if one does not desire to drive up on the grass. The only other choice is to leave your vehicle parked on the city street. There are three steps required to unlock the front door though the back deck provides for level walk-in entrance once the front entry is opened. Though the property is "on the town street," the citizens appear to be tucked in, quiet, and calm at dark. Mind you, this is February--Winter. We cannot guarantee surroundings in midst of the fishing season. Access to Cotter Bridge and White River are very convenient although rental is not waterfront or visible from the bridge. Overall, this is quite a remarkable property, extremely clean even for an OCD person. Renter must provide own streaming service, and wall heater remote was inoperable. Message was left for host to inquire about the parking and remotes on night of arrival. No reply; therefore, communication score. Would return! Pet friendly!
