Enjoy the open-plan kitchen and dining area. For those who love cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a dream come true. Modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, fridge, and stove, ensure enjoyable and effortless meal preparations.
A fully equipped laundry is available for your convenience, complete with a washing machine and dryer.
A convenient powder room with a toilet is also located on the main level.
Enjoy the alfresco with outdoor furniture and BBQ, the perfect spot for dinners or morning brunches. The fully fenced backyard area is ideal for kids.
Venture upstairs to the four elegantly designed bedrooms; the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families. Every bedroom is modern and fresh.
The upstairs area features the main bathroom, complete with a bathtub, as well as an ensuite attached to the master bedroom.
Convenient parking is provided in the driveway.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Your safety and privacy are our top priorities. External CCTV is in place, monitored only in the event of concerns or issues. The security cameras are located at the home and the front door, BBQ area, inside the garage and the side of the house [rear entry gate].
GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.
Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels - Guests are asked to bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes one bath towel and two tea towels (for the first ordered towel set only).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, a one-time delivery and setup fee of $40 will be applied.
If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any added pricing.
For linen or towel hours, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hoursâ notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
We kindly request that all guests clean the BBQ after use. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee being charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process is complete.

You are required to bring your linen and towels, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform at any time during your stay, and we will provide you with our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
