Situated in a family neighborhood just a short walk from the beach, the modern residence has an airy, open floor plan with upgraded kitchen/dining/living common area and relaxing bedrooms all styled with high-end design and meticulous attention to detail.



Enjoy easy group entertaining when serving from the richly outfitted kitchen with stainless appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, walk-in pantry, and bar seating with adjacent dining table. A large TV can easily be viewed from every spot in the room, including from a set of inviting couches with front row seats to the action.



Down time is easily found in the 4 bedrooms that warmly greet weary travelers and worn-out adventure seekers after a full day of fun. Three adult bedrooms have queen beds and BIRs for convenient storage, and the fourth is a kids-only bunk room specifically designed with the younger crowd in mind. The home’s 2 full baths are simply gorgeous with contemporary fixtures, glass shower cabins, and a classic soaking tub in the main ensuite that is all but guaranteed to soothe any care away.



The property’s contemporary vibe carries right through to the outdoors where a shady porch and fully fenced backyard offer more space to holiday in style. Please note this home sleeps up to 6 adults plus 4 children. The beds in the 4-person bunkroom are for children/teens only and not suitable for adult use.

All Linen and bath towels are provided for including consumables and bathroom supplies.



The property has secure garage parking and a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 vehicles total. Additional vehicles may park on the street, however, blocking or parking in neighboring driveways is prohibited.
