Nestled among the beautiful Red Rocks of Cowes, only a short walk to Red Rocks beach and a quick 6 minute drive to the Phillip Island Winery or Cowes main shopping area this homely property offers the perfect escape away in a prime location.

The outdoor deck and backyard is perfect for entertaining family and friends. Have a BBQ while enjoying the beautiful serenity of the green paddocks that back onto the property and a cheeky glimpse of the ocean. Watch the kids play in the backyard or stroll down the road to the beautiful 9 hole golf course!

This home consists of two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen bed and an additional toilet, the second bedroom has a single bed and a tri-bunk, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests.

The property features a bright open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area with a new spilt system cooling/heating, leading out to the decking area. This beachy shack is very homely and inviting. 
Wifi is included.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
