With easy access to Cozumel town, excellent offshore snorkeling and fabulous sunsets over the ocean, this condo makes the perfect retreat for your holiday.

Unlike many high rise complexes, this building with just 12 units, has a wonderful intimate atmosphere where you can relax in peace and quiet by the ocean front swimming pool.

Outdoor amenities include 60 foot long infinity pool at the ocean edge, Jacuzzi tub, sundeck, poolside BBQ area and tropical gardens. The kids (both big and small) will love the ocean side diving platform. For those less adventurous there is easy ladder access to the ocean.

Maid service is provided every other day; Spa service and cook service is available on request.

Amazing place for a vacation!

The condo is beautiful and in a perfect location. It was clean and had everything we needed, including filtered water dispenser. We watched the sunset by the pool or balcony each night. Just spectacular. We snorkeled in the ocean adjacent to the property and saw some of the most beautiful fish - similar to our snorkel excursion. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Very pretty and relaxing!

Beautiful place. We had a relaxing, fantastic stay! The dive platform into the clear, beautiful water was the highlight of the amenities for sure! Matias was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns - he got back to me almost immediately when I emailed him during our stay. We had a rental jeep, and it was an easy drive to town and to all of the dive and excursion shops. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet Cozumel experience.

Excellent condo!

This condo is super. We love the north zone because it's quiet. The condo is as advertised. We really enjoyed the pool area (as did everyone staying there). No fighting for chairs, great view, what more do you need? Mattias is great as is the rest of the crew. No regrets renting this place!

Great week at Miramar

Manager was very helpful and quickly responded to all questions. Condo was a little smaller than we imagined, but more than enough room for wife and mother in law. Since it's on the top floor and had lots of windows, we kept the ac off the majority of the time. Snorkeling was awesome right outside our door. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Very much enjoyed are stay very relaxing and just what we needed. Matias did a great job communicating with us from start to finish. Only had 1 issue with the safe when the batteries died and he was at Condo in 15 minutes to provide assistance. Great place and excellent staff.

Best spot on the island

Everything about Miramar 401 is perfect! The location is great, the condo beautiful like the photos, and easy check-in with Matias. Quick access to town by car. Highly recommend renting a car and explore the island. Pool was perfect place to look out over the sea and watch the sunset. Money Bar beach club has nice snorkeling off shore but highly recommend a tour! Miramar was the perfect home away from home. If we come back to Cozumel, we will definitely stay here!!

The most amazing condo. We loved everything about this 2 bedroom condo. Just as gorgeous as the pictures. Loved the location. Everything we needed was provided for using the kitchen. Washer and dryer was a plus. Rent a car and enjoy going to all the beautiful beaches around Cozumel. Thank you to the staff at Miramar! We will be back soon!

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved this place and our stay! Any questions or situations we were unsure of was quickly responded to with friendliness and speed. We felt reassured that we were in good hands. All of the staff that we encountered was super nice and welcoming. The views can’t be beat and lovely patios to enjoy them. With just the few condos in the building, being at the pool felt very private and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. We like our mattress a little firm and it was perfect. Also, we really enjoyed eating at the restaurant that was just next door. The food was so fresh and the staff was very friendly.

Matías was an amazing and incredibly helpful host! He was such a wonderful resource for tips on restaurants, a hair salon, an in-home chef, shops, car rental, - you name it! The condo was immaculate and well stocked and we also hired the chef he recommended, - Antonio, who also was amazing, - and provided excellent service and great food! In addition, Matías was so patient with my frequent questions before and during our stay (and since it was our first time to Mexico), and I will be forever grateful. Thank you so much! I highly recommend a stay here!

Miramar is a wonderful place. The views are amazing,the internet works well the two phones, one international the other local are great to have. The condo is immaculate. The cleaning staff was great! Matias and Isabella are gracious hosts. Matias was here to greet us when we arrived to show the condo and answer any questions and give us some local recommendations. This was one of the most special trips we’ve ever taken. The view is breathtaking, waking up to the ocean and having snorkeling right outside made it feel like a true escape. Our kids loved it, and we were able to fully relax.Isabella and Matt were incredible hosts. Their communication was thoughtful and perfectly timed, and they made everything feel seamless. We opted for the private chef, which was one of the best decisions we made.A small moment says everything, on our first morning, our chef realized there was no sugar and made a call. We just assumed it would be there for our coffee the next morning, but 15 minutes later someone arrived with sugar before breakfast was served. Later, we found out it was our hosts Isabella and Matt. That level of care stood out.Ezekiel, who helps manage the property, was so kind and even carried our bags up, making arrival easy. Every interaction felt warm and accommodating.Our chef Antonia was truly exceptional. Before our trip, she thoughtfully planned menus with us and tailored everything to our preferences. Every meal felt like art, creative, intentional, and beautifully executed with elevated, unexpected flavors. She balanced that with meals our kids genuinely loved. These were some of the best meals we’ve ever had, and we would travel back to Mexico just to eat her food again.We would absolutely come back to this unit again and highly recommend treating yourself to the private Chef for at least some of your time here.

We'll be back!

We loved our stay for spring break. The condo exceeded our expectations as was spot on with many of the other reviewers' comments. The views are spectacular--especially loved waking up in the master bedroom to the views every morning. Plenty of room for our family of four and were grateful for the kitchen which had everything we needed to enjoy a homecooked meal. Pool area was a perfect spot to hang out for the day. Our kids loved jumping into the ocean off the platform and snorkeling. We all decided that this unit will be part of our next trip to Cozumel. The staff is wonderful--great communication before our arrival and quick to respond to any small issues we had during our stay.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication throughout great. Easy check in. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care they took in making our stay . The condo and grounds are always well maintained. We think the condo was even better than the pictures show. Matias is a great host and one of the best we’ve had from any CRBO stay. The view is excellent. We had great snorkeling right from the pool area. The kitchen was well furnished to prepare any of the meals we wanted. Taxis were easy to get for the short trip to the main town for restaurants or groceries. We will definitely go back. Many thanks Matt for hosting our amazing island vacation. M and K
