Whether you decide to stay in and enjoy the hot tub, or get out and explore the ledges and quaint town of Garrettsville, you are sure to create lasting memories.

We also provide top notch wifi and a designated workspace so working from home just got a whole lot comfier.

This wooden a-frame located on 4 acres in Southington is the perfect getaway for a couple or a small family. With so much to explore,

This spacious home can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably with its 3 bedrooms furnished with memory foam mattresses, a king bed in the loft and a double bed in each bedroom on the main floor.

LIVING ROOM -
The fire place has been updated since photos were taken. You will find a cozy electric fireplace with the convenience of a remote so you can cozy up on the couch and still enjoy the crackling and warmth of a fire.

KITCHEN -
You will find everything you could need to stay in and have a home cooked meal. We have pots and pans, griddle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, plates, and glassware.

BATHROOM -
We provide public goods shower soap so no need to run to the convenience store right when you arrive (although it is only 5 min down the road if you forgot any other toiletries!) Oh, and don’t forget to wrap yourself in our cozy robes after your shower or a dip in the hot tub to truly immerse yourself in the luxury experience.

KID FRIENDLY -
Feel free to bring your kiddos along as we provide games, toys, a hidden kids nook, a pack n play crib, booster seat with tray, and plates/cups. Plenty to keep them busy while you relax!

EXTRA AMENITIES -
To add to the convenience of your stay we provide a steamer, blow dryer, hangers, lightning fast wifi (because who wants a lagging Netflix movie?), and Keurig cups for your morning cup of coffee!

OUTSIDE -
You will find a hot tub that fits 6, a fire pit (with wood provided!) to enjoy the night air and star gazing, and a trail leading to the cleared woods behind our home for you to explore. If you look out to the road, you may even see the occasional horse and buggy ride by. There are several nearby Amish neighbors and if you really want to experience more of it, head towards Middlefield where you will find local Amish shops and stores.

You will have full access to the home, except for the basement and garage. Feel free to roam on our 4 acres of nature as well!

I won't be available in person but am able to send someone to assist for emergencies.

We have a ring doorbell with a camera located at the front door to keep the property more secure.
