I already told the rep I spoke with that they should modify the description of their property. It is misleading and there is a Gatwick South Premier Inn. This it way too far from the airport. We spent almost 3hours locating the property, only to end up paying more for transport, and we were just left in the road side, with limited lighting, I paved walkway going to the property, no available food to order, no AC which we wouldnât mind if we didnât walk too much for being instructed by workers of the airport to take this tram, take the bus, an so on. The receptionists were not even welcoming and told us they couldnât find our reservation in their system. I showed them my confirmation and even said she will take us in but with them taking a high risk since we do not have confirmation on their end. The area is like in a horror movie. The property is newly renovated but with very limited help, the pictures of manors in the same lot looks dilapidated. For your travelersâ safety, please make sure they have the right ad on the website. I was given rewards of $50 but they took away my rewards for the 2 completed reservationsâŠ. Pleas do not fool your clients, too. I have been with Expedia and this so far has been the worst nightmare⊠in the end, one of your reps said âIâm giving you extra reward on my own.â⊠yesâŠbut why take the rewards I had for other completed bookings? Just a bad way to insult your clientsâŠ.
