Welcome to the historic Malensek Home located just 1 block from Elk Ave in Historic Downtown Crested Butte. The Malensek family owned the ranch land that Crested Butte Mountain Resort calls home today.

Walk to dinner, the ski bus and nordic or hiking trails outside your front door! This elevated home allows for amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a large mud room to store your gear and spiral stairs to the downstairs. Upon entering the spacious living room, the combination of soaring ceilings and beautiful windows creates a bright and airy setting. To the left of the living area, there is a Queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a full bath. At the rear of the main level, you'll enter the generous kitchen with jaw-dropping views of Mt. Crested Butte and the surrounding mountains through an expansive wall of windows. There is a dining table in the kitchen and one near the living area. The half bath and access to the back deck and downstair are just through the kitchen.

Upstairs features a large King bedroom and a Queen bedroom. There is a full bathroom on this floor as well. The pool room is located in the basement with a seating area, additional space and a big flat screen TV for your entertainment.
