The Space:
Single-level 3BR/3BA condo at the base of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Open-plan main floor with up-valley views, a private balcony, and a gas fireplace for post-ski thaw-out.
➔ Primary Bedroom — 1 King bed + ensuite bath. Blackout shades. Walk-in shower.
➔ Second Bedroom — 1 Queen bed + ensuite bath. Fits parents or a couple.
➔ Third Bedroom — 2 Twin beds. Works for kids, teens, or friends splitting the room.
➔ Living Room — Gas fireplace, large TV, balcony access with up-valley views.
➔ Kitchen & Dining — Gas range, full-size fridge, dishwasher, coffee setup. Seats 6 at the dining table.
➔ Bathrooms — Three full baths (two ensuite, one hall). One with a deep soaking tub.

Guest Access:
Self check-in via keyless entry. You'll receive our digital guidebook link 48 hours before arrival with the door code, Wi-Fi password, hot tub access instructions, parking map, and a curated local guide. The building elevator runs from the covered parking level to your unit door — no hauling gear up stairs.
The Neighborhood:
Mt Crested Butte base area — a short walk across the street to Red Lady Express and the main Crested Butte Mountain Resort lift-line. Christy Sports for ski rentals sits next door. Butte 66 pizza, Camp 4 coffee, and a small grocery are inside the Plaza courtyard. The free Mountain Express bus runs to the Town of Crested Butte every 15 minutes in ski season — Elk Avenue restaurants, the brewery, Secret Stash pizza, and the Center for the Arts are 6 minutes away.
Getting Around:
Most guests bring a car for grocery runs and trail access. Once you're parked, the free Mountain Express shuttle stops 2 minutes from the door and runs every 15 minutes to the Town of Crested Butte during ski season.
