Welcome to our warm and inviting 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom family home in Crestview—ideal for big families, group getaways, or friends traveling together. Just 40 minutes from Destin’s beaches and close to Blackwater River State Park, Turkey Creek, and Crestview’s charming local attractions, our home is a comfortable, practical base for relaxing and exploring.

With space for up to 11 guests, the home features three private king master suites with king beds, plus two kid-friendly rooms with twin beds, each with two twin beds. There are 3 stand-up showers and 3 tubs, making it easy for everyone to get ready or wind down.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space makes it easy to gather and connect. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookwares and includes brand new appliances—stove, dishwasher, washer, and dryer—for everything from easy meals to post-beach laundry. The large dining table seats 9, and the kitchen counter and breakfast nook add 6 more seats, so everyone has a place to share meals together.

The modular sectional in the spacious living room is perfect for movie nights or letting the kids sprawl out. We provide smart TVs and/or with Roku (bring your own streaming logins), high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, and board games, Jenga, and giant Connect 4 for family fun.

We’ve included essentials for families with little ones: a playpen, portable crib, high chair, Bumbo seat, and even a beach wagon to help carry your gear with ease. And in the summer when it grows, feel free to pick lemons from the tree we’ve raised for over 10 years—a sweet little touch of Florida sunshine.

The fully fenced front and back yards provide safety and peace of mind for parents and space for kids to roam freely. There’s ample parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, or boats, and EV charging is available for $15/night.

You’ll have easy, secure access through a personalized keyless entry code with no waiting or complicated check-ins. The garage is locked for maintenance use, but an emergency exit is available through the backyard.

This is not a brand-new model home; it’s a well-lived-in space that holds years of love and memories. In one of the rooms, you’ll even find our children’s height marks, still etched on the door, a small reminder of the life and laughter this house has known.

It's not perfect, but it’s professionally clean, thoughtfully prepared, and always welcoming. Guests often tell us it feels like staying at a close friend’s home—comfortable, warm, and easy to settle into.

Blinds provide privacy in every room, and a few areas include light-filtering curtains for a soft, airy glow. While we don’t use blackout curtains, the home stays cool and comfortable throughout the day with our central AC.
