Ground floor
- An 82 m² living room comprising a 52 m² lounge area with sofas, TV and fireplace (wood provided on request) and a piano for musicians.
- A 30 m² dining room with seating for 14 guests.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC in the entrance hall

First floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: two queen-size beds (160x200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis table.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool, heated from mid-May to September/October, depending on the weather, with a protective cover measuring 7.50 x 3.40 x 1.50 metres.
- A lovely enclosed garden with trees measuring 1,250 m², south-facing
- An enclosed south-facing terrace with two large tables and benches seating 16 people. A second west-facing terrace at the front of the house, with tables and garden furniture.

The house is ideally located in the commune of Pointe du Hoc, near the beaches and D-Day landing sites, in a very pleasant and gastronomic environment, close to Isigny sur mer. On the Vélomaritime-Eurovélo 4 route, it is comfortable and functional for a historic and relaxing stopover gîte. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as markets, local producers, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and water sports...

- In spring: the book fair in early May, the Grand Carnaval in Grandcamp-Maisy and the hiking festival in Montfiquet.
- In June: the DDAY commemorations and festivities: events to celebrate 06 June 1944.
- Summer: July: festyplage at Grandcamp. 15 August: fête de la mer at Grandcamp: a wonderful celebration of sailors and the marinière.
- Rétro bessin in July: large gathering of vintage vehicles at Tour en Bessin.
- Autumn: Apple festival in Trévières. In November: scallop festival, Heritage Days and Taste Week.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden courtyard, which can accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles and has a specific electric car socket.

- Nearest airport: 55 Km, Carpiquet
- No public transport nearby
