Situated directly opposite the village pub and within the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by rolling hills, lush woodlands, and scenic landscapes you can immerse yourself in nature as you explore the nearby Ashdown Forest, the inspiration behind A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh stories. Take leisurely walks or bike rides along the forest trails, breathing in the fresh country air and enjoying the beauty of the ancient trees and heathland. There are also many attractions nearby to explore within a 20 miles radius including Sheffield Park and the Bluebell Railway, Batemans, Penshurst Place and Wakehurst, or why not venture further afield to the vibrant coastal town of Brighton (23 miles) with its beautiful beach and pier and eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you may need for catering to large groups.
