Beautiful 3 bedroom condo riverfront. Best views, best price on the river!

A million dollar view awaits you! We welcome you to our home away from home. You must be able to climb 15 steps to the front door. We have a master suite on the main floor. Two more bedrooms and a bonus living room are on the second floor. We have a 2 person inflatable Star kayak and a Bluefin SUP that can be taken to the springs and launched at Hunter Springs Park $5.00 parking no pets. We also have a new Old Town Saranac canoe that can be launched from the condo property. We have a assortment of NRS paddle vests. We have corn hole boards and bags, pickle ball paddles/balls, pool toys, beach wagon and toys, 4 beach chairs, soft side cooler for bait and a medium size cooler for beach use. We do not own a boat slip or have parking for a boat over 18 feet or a T-Top.

This amazing waterfront condo is located in a gated community. Bicycling paths, tennis court, heated community swimming pool, and a clubhouse. The public boat launch is right next door. This is a HOA gated community. Please no parties and abide by the community rules. Everyone is extremely friendly, and time stands still here. Come enjoy the river. Kayaking, boating, the Springs (they are AMAZING) Snorkeling tours, parks, Manatees, Scalloping and golf. You may bring your own canoe or SUP. Beware we do have alligators and snakes. The fishing is great all year round, so bring your fishing gear and enjoy catching the wide variety of species swimming in Crystal River and out in the Gulf. When you come to Crystal River you are in for a laid-back unique experience. We fell in love with the beauty of the nature and the serenity of the river yet being minutes away from downtown Crystal River where you can visit the charming shops on Citrus Ave and enjoy delicious cuisine at our restaurants. Crystal River offers one of the few remaining areas to scallop in Florida during the summer. With all the spring fed rivers and miles of mangroves, Crystal River has the best Scalloping grounds in the US. We have some great charter guides that will expertly take you to where the action is. The 2025 Scalloping season in Crystal River, begins July 1st and ends September 24th.

The peak season for observing Manatee is November through April but you can spot manatee in the local waters all year round. Crystal River is the only place in Florida where you can swim with Manatees. During the winter months, hundreds of Manatees head in to warm up and escape the colder temperatures throughout the Gulf of America . We have multiple options in Crystal River for you to enjoy these gentle giants.

For golf lovers, there are several golf courses in the area such as Plantation Golf, and Crystal River Golf course. Just down the road at Fort Island Beach you can enjoy a beautiful sunset and on every second Sunday evening of the month, starting two hours before sunset they perform “Drum Circle” sessions in the evening.

Whatever vibe you are looking for in your dining experience you will find it close by. To name a few: You can catch a game while enjoying the great food and atmosphere at Norton’s Riverside Sports Bar and Grille. The local fishing guides recommend Jimmy’s Seafood Seller as the best seafood restaurant in town. You can enjoy a leisurely wine tasting – or beer tasting – session at Copp Winery & Brewery. We really enjoy breakfast at Grannies Country Cookin". We do not own a boat slip, but here are 2 excellent options, 3 minutes away from our condo. Both of these marinas are the closest to the Gulf of Mexico.
