Enter through the front door into the open concept living room and kitchen. To the left you have the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all necessities to cook your favorite meals, including pots and pans, utensils, cookware, cutting boards, air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. Coming out of the kitchen you have a half bath, across from the laundry with full washer and dryer.

The living room is bright and airy with a comfortable sofa (pull out full bed), across from the Roku Smart TV, which includes basic cable channels and ability to stream. Next you have a round dining table, which seats four comfortably. Behind the dining room table are two sliding glass doors, which open to the back deck with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and canal.

Walking back inside you will find a spiral staircase, which leads to the upstairs accommodations. Here you will find a comfortable king sized bed with night stands on both sides of the bed and an additional twin bed with nightstand. Continuing past the King bed leads to two closets where you'll find fresh linens and robes, and then the full bathroom. The bathroom has a standard walk in shower with glass door. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash are provided.

My husband and my 4 year old stayed with me. The unit was just what we needed nothing less nothing more. We came for a quick 2 day trip to scallop. The neighborhood is quite unique. Each bungalow sits over top of the wetlands which was cool. The pool was nice and well maintained. The neighbors were also friendly.

Beautiful townhouse

The townhouse was perfect for our little family and the location is amazing. If you are bringing a boat though watch the tides. You will be stuck in the canal till high tide for sure!

Great Location

This is a quaint bungalow condo. The house was immaculate providing for all basic amenities. It's important to keep in mind that the property is located on a marsh, so it can get a bit buggy during the summer months. Can't beat the location, especially if you have a boat!

Charming townhouse with pool and water views. Owners were very responsive and wonderful to deal with. Everything we needed to relax in the home while away and the bed was very comfortable. This is a gem of a property, we felt like we were on a Thai island resort at this location. The property itself was amazing, just perfect, super clean with everything you could want. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s just a short 10 min drive to Crystal River, so easy to go get food etc if you didn’t want to cook yourself. Host were really communicable. We were so happy.

Family visit

We had a very pleasant stay here, came in on Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning went out to check out the dock and pretty sure we saw a manatee out in the water. The pool was an excellent evening treat and the boat rentals across the water (not the marina) are much better than the marina themselves. Would highly recommend this tenant for future visits!! Super great communication and follow up to ensure we were taken care of.

Nice location surrounded by nature

Very nice clean comfortable condo. Location is great, quiet and surrounded by salt marsh. Beautiful sunset viewing at the nearby Fort Island Gulf beach. Condo has everything for a nice stay, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. Great communication with hosts, quick replies. We really enjoyed our weekend stay!

Nice place, but cleanliness meh

The property is nice and has a picturesque setting. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was subpar. When we arrived, the floor had not been cleaned, the downstairs toilet sat open with urine and toilet paper in it, and the upstairs toilet had what looked like a small pile of rodent feces on the lid. The beds were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the natural setting of the complex this property.Originally, I was not going to give a review of this property to avoid it being negative on account of poor housekeeping. However, I expressed my concern to the owners and have not heard anything from them. I think for a 110

The perfect interlude

Our stay was much too short for this perfectly situated, peaceful retreat. We found the home just as described--truly charming, with every amenity a traveler could need. We spent the day exploring Three Sisters Springs, then checked in and cooled off at by the pool with a beautiful view, and easily found a waterside restaurant for dinner. We felt very welcome and would love to return.
