VILLA FENICE (Cin: IT081007C2YXHW5L2W) is a stunning villa nestled on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
Villa Fenice is a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday without sacrificing nightlife, just minutes away from the Baglio di Scopello or the port of Castellammare del Golfo.
From the villa, you can easily reach the most enchanting and important tourist destinations.
In fact, just 4 km away are the most famous places in Western Sicily, such as the nearby, charming and popular "Baia di Guidaloca", the famous "Faraglioni di Scopello" with its ancient "Tonnara di Scopello" and its unique "Borgo di Scopello". Just 2 km further, you can reach the beautiful "Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro" with its many natural bays.
Just 1 kilometer from the Villa, we find the "Borgo di Visicari" with the largest and most historic Islamic Granary in Italy, the "Granaio Islamico Aghadir," nestled on the hill behind the Villa.
A few kilometers away are restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and bars with ATMs.
The 4 bedrooms and the 5th bedroom with a double sofa bed are all equipped with air conditioning.
There are 4 full bathrooms, 3 of which are within 3 bedrooms, while 1 bathroom is outside the bedrooms serving the other rooms.
There is also a garden shower near the pool with hot and cold water.
There is a living room with sofas, a kitchen with a 4-burner stovetop, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, drip coffee machines (Nespresso, and Bialetti Tradizione), a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an outdoor BBQ area.
In the garden, there is a 10-meter swimming pool and a smaller 2-meter by 2-meter pool, both with unheated, ambient water. A Mediterranean garden with various areas and two hammocks invites you to relax while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire Gulf, where you can enjoy a captivating sunrise and sunset.
The villa is rented exclusively and is located on a property of over 5,000 square meters, fenced and equipped with a private gate. This guarantees maximum privacy, as the other villas are distant and there is no view that could disturb guests.
For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended.
On the property, we offer:
- A car parking area (electric or plug-in vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the house's electrical outlets for charging).
- A large 70 square meter veranda/terrace. With a bamboo canopy, it overlooks the panoramic view, spanning the entire Gulf of Castellammare, from Palermo Airport to the Guidaloca Bay in Scopello.
- Inside the veranda/terrace, there is an outdoor dining area with a large table and seating for 10.
- A sofa and two armchairs complete with soft cushions, plenty of space for chairs to enjoy the view, and a hammock for quiet relaxation while enjoying the sea view of the entire Gulf of Castellammare.
- Near the pool, there is a BBQ area and an outdoor shower for the pool and all guests.
- Then there is a large solarium with sun loungers.
- Near the 10-meter pool, there is another small 2-meter by 2-meter pool, both with unheated ambient water, and another solarium.
- Garden spaces for a relaxing walk.
In addition to the enchanting places already described, we also offer:
10 km away. The natural thermal sulphurous water spring "Terme Segestane" and the spa with a thermal water and mud pool.
Nearby, we also find the "Greek Temple of Segesta" and the "Greek Theater of Segesta," the "Archaeological Park of Selinunte."
The nearby town of Alcamo with its extensive beaches, "Alcamo Marina," and its "Castle of the Counts of Modica," and the "Monte Bonifato Nature Reserve," with its Saracen Tower and its ancient "Funtanazza," an old fountain dating back to the Middle Ages.
A half-hour drive away, we find the famous beach of San Vito Lo Capo, the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve, the "Mangiapane" Cave in Custonaci, the beauty of Erice, the extraordinary salt pans of Trapani, the Stagnone Nature Reserve with the island of Mothia, and the Punic Ship of Marsala with its places to taste Trapani wines.
A 45-minute drive away is the large city of Palermo, with nearby Monreale and many other tourist attractions.
Things to know:
- Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Late check-in is possible until midnight, but after 9:30 PM, a €50 late check-in fee will be charged.
Different times, if available, must be agreed upon with the owners in advance and will require a supplement payable at check-in (see optional extras).
- The pool will be cleaned twice a week (from July 15th to September 15th). It will be cleaned once a week during other periods. A water quality check is also included at no additional cost.
- Smoking is permitted in the villa's large outdoor areas.
- Smoking is prohibited in the bedrooms and interior areas of the villa.
- Pets are not allowed in the villa.
- Charging electric or plug-in vehicles is prohibited at the villa's power outlets.
- Other optional extra services can be requested at the villa for an additional fee (See Optional Extra Fees).
- It is forbidden to accommodate guests who are not part of the reservation.
Upon prior arrangement with the owners, guests who are not part of the reservation may be accepted, even for a single day without an overnight stay, for a supplement per person per day, even for partial stays.
- Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €200 in cash, which will be refunded upon check-out if you have followed the rules regarding waste separation.
- The villa is equipped with a security camera system for video surveillance, which is only active when the villa is empty and not rented. However, the cameras near the private areas, such as the outdoor dining area, are covered and therefore cannot record. This is for guests' peace of mind and to ensure their privacy.
The other cameras in the gate and parking area are not covered because they serve as a deterrent to strangers approaching the villa, even though it is a very quiet area in this regard.
There are no cameras in the bathrooms, bedrooms, or kitchen.
The owners or their representatives will be happy to advise you on:
sightseeing, shopping, and the best restaurants and pizzerias.

OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES.
- The white bath/shower towels provided in each room cannot be used for the pool or beach.
If you do not have your own pool/beach towels, we can rent them from industrial laundries at a cost of €10 per towel for the entire stay.
- For early check-in, please inquire for availability. A supplement of €30 will be charged for each additional hour of use of the villa.
- For a late checkout, please inquire about availability. A €30 supplement will be charged for each additional hour of use of the villa.
- To request a crib, please inquire about availability because we need to rent it. A €100 supplement will be charged for the entire stay, including rental costs and transportation to check-in and check-out, provided by the rental company.
- To request a high chair, please inquire about availability because we need to rent it. A €40 supplement will be charged for the entire stay, including rental costs and transportation to check-in and check-out, provided by the rental company.
- If you wish to host a friend or relative at the villa during your stay, even if they are not staying overnight and only for the day, you must first obtain authorization from the owners. If this is granted, a supplement of €40 per person will be charged for each day, even partial stay.
- For other requests not described above, please inquire with the owners.
