Cygnet Valley Hideaway by Tiny Away is a lovely tiny house located in Cygnet, a charming artisan and foodie village known for its vibrant arts scene. The closest town, Huonville, is just 16 minutes away, while Hobart is a scenic 47-minute drive.



Perched atop of Elizabeth Street on a leveled site with town power and water, offering a cozy retreat with stunning views of Golden Valley. From here, it’s easy to explore the Huon Valley’s famous apple orchards and a refreshing glass of Pagan Cider.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette equipped with cooking essentials, and excellent bathroom facilities. The amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Other Things to Note:

- Free potable water

- Gas BBQ grill is available

- No children allowed due to it's rurality

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking inside the tiny home, except in designated areas

- Recycling/compost bins are provided to dispose of rubbish properly

- The first load of firewood is free; extra firewood will cost $10 per tub

- Mobile signal good for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone; others are weak

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Only one pet is allowed with 24 hours prior notice, and it must be leashed at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property

- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban

- To maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilet a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
