I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities.
However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner without a working Uber account, I asked him to help me book a taxi for my 8 AM departure to Dallas Airport.
When I arrived at the front desk at 8 AM, he informed me that he had booked an Uber for me. He explained that the previous guest had attempted to book a taxi but experienced issues with reliability, so he opted for Uber instead. We both assumed I could pay the driver with a card (as I have no cash with me) instead of charge his Uber credit card, but when the driver informed me that it was not doable, the clerk quickly said, âForget it⊠just go,â and kindly covered the fare for me.
This gesture truly exemplifies outstanding customer service, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and support during my stay. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!
