Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. The house was stocked with all the essentials and the property and interior was clean and well cared. We were a family of 5 and it had plenty of space and was furnished well. We really enjoyed the covered outdoor patio in the early mornings and late evenings to relax. If we ever return we would stay again. They owner is quick to respond to questions when needed.

Location was quite central to everything we did in that area. We found the house to be a little musty smelling. Mattresses were not very comfortable. I feel that the Host should have cleaning person top off body wash and hand soap. We literally ran out of body wash. We had 5 people using 2 bathrooms.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood and close to all attractions. The shower curtain kept falling down, but other than that it was perfect for our stay. Host was accommodating and we had no issue. Would book again.

My friends and I needed a place to stay while we visited Arlington for the Passion 2026 conference and this was absolutely a perfect fit for us! It was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood but still only an 11 minute drive from the stadiums. Even tho we weren’t always staying inside the whole time, the house provided a very comfortable atmosphere for us all which made our trip even more enjoyable. Sabrina was very helpful and attentive to any questions we had during our stay which is always a plus in my book. So if you’re looking for a great place to stay that’s not too far out of the way from all the amenities Arlington has to offer I would definitely recommend booking with Sabrina for your trip!

The host demonstrated excellent communication throughout my stay, providing clear directions and making the entire experience seamless. Not cleaned to my standards, awful smell

The smell when you enter the house is overpowering. While at first it seemed cleaned, it was not. There was hair on the back of the bathroom door that I noticed after my son got out of the shower. There was food left on the stove. Light switch flippers were missing. And the screen door didn’t even shut. Which normally I wouldn’t complain about, but there was no deadbolt on the other door. Just a keypad. So if anyone else knew the code, they could’ve easily entered. We ended up leaving within an hour of checking in and didn’t use any of our three nights. There was also not a welcome book so we couldn’t connect to WiFi. When I messaged the host, she said it should be there but maybe the cleaning lady took it, but never offered me the WiFi name or password. I did get 100 back for cleaning (asked for 150 but was refused 50 since my kids took a shower in the bathrooms), but still would not recommend.
