The garbage cans in both bathrooms were not emptied and the showers had hair in them, there was trash and stuff under the sofa (yes, we repositioned them), a candy wrapper was in plain site by the TV; all indicating that the place had not be thoroughly cleaned. We could not get any of the TVs to work, no clearly marked instructions on how to use them. There were no less than 10 remote controls, again, none were clearly marked. No instructions on how to use the stove, not everyone has used an induction stove. But the most alarming part was that the only way to get out of the gate was to use the hand-held gate opener. Both mounted openers (on pole by gate and inside by the door) did not work. These should have been tested before we checked in. What would we have done in an emergency if one of us had the hand-held device with them while at the store and the other one needed to open the gate to get out or let someone in? In my opinion, this is a safety issue. When leaving, I had to have my husband block the gate while I closed and locked the door, clicked the hand-held opener, then ran to my car to get in before the gate closed. Unacceptable.
