Would NOT recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay between flights. We stayed here twice (once on our way to our destination and once on the way back) Staff were not helpful (other than one shuttle driver). Place was quite dirty. The first night we stayed when we checked in they informed us they do not have any rooms with two queen beds (what we booked). Instead they would put us in a room with a king and pullout couch. Not ideal but nothing you can do. When we got to the room there was no pull out couch. They argued with me saying there was supposed to be one in the room…! Finally told us to come back to the front desk and after lots of mumbling they gave us keys to a new room. Big surprise when we walked in and there were two queen beds! Obviously they lied when we checked in and just didn’t want to give us the room we booked. We were tired with two young kids and this added quite a bit of time to checking in.
I also called the hotel weeks before our arrival to figure out where exactly to catch the shuttle. They wouldn’t give me ANY information. I explained I wouldn’t have a phone and it would be my first time in the Dallas airport. They told me there were lots of phones in the airport to use and concierge services. Never saw any of those!! It was such a hassle to get the shuttle and the front desk staff had no idea how to help us find it. There is in fact two shuttle pickup areas which would have been great to know when I called.
