The hosts themselves were amazing. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we have had. It started when we first arrived and it was 4 of us. We thought we would be fine with the bed and sofa bed. Upon opening the sofa bed we discovered it was broken and the metal framing was bent very unstable. I reached out to the hosts who quickly offered to bring a blow up mattress which we declined due to buying our own. The sofa bed also had a lot of hair on the sheets and was very dirty looking like it had not been cleaned. The next morning we washed the sheets using the provided washing machine and the downstairs neighbor called the office to report noise. The officer attendants came to the room and told us to keep the noise down which we agreed but were confused because now we felt like we could not wash. The next day when I returned from work, as soon as I entered, the downstairs neighbor began smacking the ceiling with a broom super hard shaking the whole apartment. We were confused once again due to us not making noise and still the neighbors were complaining. The day after that on our third day, we were not at the apartment because we were exploring the city on Saturday and Sunday, but when we returned Monday we had received another noise complaint. All while we were not even in the apartment. I decided to let this go again and just figured it was some really sensitive neighbors due to us not making noise. This happened again before we left. It was uncomfortable.
