Walkable area, clean, good price

This unit is a very short walk from so many shops and restaurants. It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The AC worked well. The pictures are accurate and while the property is nothing fancy, I think it was perfect for the price.

First time in Dallas

We loved the location and felt it was very accommodating and easy to access. My only feedback would be the front parking is not that easy to navigate. We highly recommend this location and had a blast :)

Disappointed & Anxious

I booked this property for a solo weekend trip and thought the place looked cute and the price was right, so I figured I’d give it a try. Honestly the space was fine, one annoying thing though was that I couldn’t use the tv because the remote batteries were dead. I reached out to the host and they said they’d instacart some batteries over
but that never happened. The toilet was difficult to flush, you had to hold down the handle for like 10 seconds. I experienced something I never have in all my trips staying in vacation rentals - both nights of my stay I was awoken in the middle of the night to someone trying to use the keypad to get into the unit. Of course they didn’t have *my* code, but it was really frightening as in both instances they tried repeatedly and I had to speak to them through the door to tell them to leave. One instance happened shortly after midnight and the other shortly after 3 am. I messaged the host about both of these instances and they said nothing like this has ever happened
I just find it strange that I experienced the exact same thing on both nights I was there. Overall, it was not the best experience, I just felt anxious and not certain how/why people were having access to the building in the middle of the night and trying to enter the unit. The host responded by saying they take their security very seriously, but I received no explanation for how this could’ve happened.

Quick Dallas trip

This trips made our 3rd stay in this building over the last 3 years. We love staying here because it’s such an easy walk to some of our favorite night life. We had some issues this trip that we had not previously experienced. The toilet was having trouble flushing when we got there and I messaged the host shortly after check in and never received a response. There was a light I. The hallway that was on when we arrived and we didn’t think much of it but once it was dark and we got ready to go to bed, we looked all over for a light swift to turn it off and never found one. Upon further inspection, it was a light that had a pull string but the string was missing and there was no way to turn the light off so we had to sleep with the hallway light in our faces. The unit had an AC window unit but with the hot temps in Dallas, it was not able to keep up well and the vents were broken on the unit so you couldn’t change the direction that the air was flowing. Overall, still an easy and safe place for a quick overnight trip with a great location but disappointed this time in comparison to the other stays.

Great cozy spot, convenient location

I was in Dallas for a concert in Deep Ellum, I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and how cozy and charming the apartment was. It was roomier than I expected based on pictures and was a great home away from home for the weekend. I’ll definitely be booking here again on future trips.

Good price and good room

During the day, it was so hot. The window unit in the room ran non stop the whole stay. We had to move the bed from where it was in order to feel any cool air. The fan in the other room didn’t work either. Other than being hot, it was a great stay! I loved the bathtub! Good security and great area. Parking is a little difficult.

What a great Dallas location!

The apt is perfect for a weekend stay in Dallas, especially if you are there for an SMU game. Walking distance to lower Greenville bars and restaurants. Nicely furnished and a VERY comfortable bed. My teenage son slept on the couch (not pulled out, but just the couch) and even he was comfortable :) The only downside was the toilet - it's low flow and you have to make sure you hold it down long enough to flush.

Awesome!

Had an amazing stay! Perfect for a weekend trip. The checking in and out process was very smooth. The location of this property is amazing; only a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, cafes/bakeries, and several different ice cream shops. Short drive (about 15 minutes) from the Dallas World Aquarium and Perot Museum of Nature and Science. Will definitely book again in the future!
