Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including:
• All 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
• Private heated pool and spa (fee applies)
• Patio with propane firepit, charcoal grill, and outdoor seating
• Fully stocked kitchen and dining area
• Living room with Roku Smart TV
• Dedicated workspace in the master bedroom
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Board games
• Kid-friendly bunk room with climbing wall and nugget couch

>> You’ll have the entire space to yourself — no shared areas!
Other things to note
>> Pool/Spa Heat Fee: Pool and spa are available year-round. Pool/Spa heating is optional and available for $100/day — please request in advance to have it ready at check-in. (Minimum of 2 consecutive days)
>> Pool Maintenance: The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday to ensure proper chemical balance. Because the pool is uncovered so leaves and debris do fall into the pool, for this reason we provide a net and a wireless robotic pool cleaner — simply press the button to start, let it run, then fish it out and recharge for the next use. Easy and hands-free!
>> Pest Note: This is Texas! While we have routine pest control, occasional bugs or critters may appear — it’s part of the warm climate. We do not offer refund for pest citing.
>> Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, coffee/cream/tea etc.). You may need to restock during longer stays.
>> No Pets / No Parties: To maintain a clean, peaceful space for all guests, pets and parties are not allowed. No events or loud gatherings, please.
