Thoughtfully designed for family & friend getaways, this home sits on 8+ wooded acres with 880+ ft of shoreline on a peninsula with daily sunrises and sunsets on Cranberry Lake, a part of the Minerva/Loon Lake Chain of lakes. Enjoy beautiful views, a level lot to a sandy beach, and unbeatable comfort indoors & out.

Every cabin vacation needs some extra toys to enjoy the lakes, we're constantly adding other rentals to our lineup so reach out if you don't see something!

- Brand new 2025 22' 10 person deluxe pontoon is available for rent; we only rent to our guests, so it's always available for your stay!

- Up to 2 stand up paddle boards are allocated & rentable too! More might be available, so, reach out if you'd like more!

- LAUNDRY-

- We have a stackable smart washer/dryer combo unit available for use. We provide scent free laundry detergent as well as other laundry items to use.

We're a small family business that have built this cabin from the ground up and pride ourselves on giving you an memory creating vacation! We're excited to have you and welcome you to Sunset Point Retreat!

You have access to the entire home as well as your respective dock area and beach front space! The mechanical room is locked and is off limits. Thank you for your understanding. If you have any issues that require assistance, please reach out immediately and we'll get it taken care of right away!

Accidents happen. If something gets damaged, please let us know through the VRBO app as soon as possible so we can take care of it!

Similarly, if anything breaks or isn't working properly during your stay, contact us immediately through the VRBO messaging and we'll get a solution in the works immediately to help your stay be as relaxing as possible!

If you rent a pontoon, an in-person walk through and safety check will be done after you sign documents and payment is processed.

Highchairs, booster seats, and other children's amenities are available upon request!

Please put trash and recycling in the 6yd dumpster on the shared driveway you passed to get to the property. Do not leave trash outside as there are wild animals in the area.

Extra bedding and blankets are within the chaise lounge chairs, as well as in the closets!

Extra toilet paper is within the vanity drawers in the bathrooms!
