The Gulf-front views are simply breathtaking, especially from the built-in bench that invites you to pause and soak it all in.

The kitchen is every cook’s dream. Modern appliances, including a dual oven, a French-door refrigerator with a partitioned freezer, a farmhouse sink, and a dedicated ice maker, make meal prep a breeze. Gather around the oversized dining table, which seats ten or more guests comfortably, creating the perfect setting for shared meals, celebrations, or late-night card games.

Stepping out onto the second-floor Gulf-facing porch, you’ll be struck by its thoughtful design—partially covered for shade while leaving the sides open to let the breeze in and maximize the view. It’s an ideal spot for sipping your morning coffee, basking in the midday sun, or enjoying the stars at night.

As you explore further, you’ll discover three luxurious master suites. The second-floor suite is a retreat unto itself, with a plush king bed, a private porch overlooking the sound and bayside, and a spa-like bathroom featuring a shower stall and a corner tub. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of seaside adventures.

Back on the first floor, you’ll find shaded outdoor spaces ideal for escaping the midday sun, along with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find their own vibe. Whether it's lounging in the playroom, gathering in the common areas, or finding a quiet moment on one of the porches, Moasis offers the perfect balance of togetherness and tranquility.

But the real magic is how close you are to the beach. With direct access from the house, you can step from the property straight onto the sand. Spend your days building sandcastles, swimming in the Gulf, or simply strolling along the shoreline with the waves lapping at your feet.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for longer stays. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is here!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
10. Homeowner insurance does not permit the use of cargo elevators by guests.
