OUTSTANDING VIEWS of BEAUTIFUL NATURE: Sunrise AND sunset is visible from the decks and also from double-height windows inside the house, The beach grass sways and you will often see Pelicans and Dolphins. Sit back and soak it all in.
YOUR OWN DOCK and PIER: Walk down private boardwalk 100 feet to the dock. Have fun fishing, or just hanging out. The dock lights up at night. If you have a boat, bring it along...depending on the size. Just ask, and we will assist.

Sliding doors in living room and master bedroom open up to this deck. Out front on the South side is your second covered deck with a clear view of the Gulf beach.
GRILL: Our Charcoal grill is set up underneath roofed area, with an awesome view of water while you cook.
UNIQUE SET-UP: You have access to not just one, but two private beaches! You are only 100 feet from your private sandy beach and private dock on the bay side. The second beach is right across the street, with easy access walking on an easement/path not available to the general public. Dogs allowed on both beaches.
BEST LOCATION ON THE STREET: Our house is the second to last house. This is great for you because this ensures more privacy! And the beach widens where our property is located.
THIS IS THE MOST PET FRIENDLY PLACE YOU WILL FIND. We actually allow several dogs, any size. Sundeck out back has latched gate to contain dogs. Pups are allowed on the beach, 100 feet from your back door. We have outdoor doggy hose to wash them off.
BIG CARPORT: Park your cars, trucks or boats under large, roofed carport with solid concrete pad, designed for water drainage to keep it dry.
MORE DETAIL ON BEDROOMS and BATHS: Again, total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 FULL BATHS and 1 HALF BATH. One of the King bedrooms is considered your "master" suite located on first floor with its own Smart TV set and wide glass doors opening up to the deck which faces the bay. Again, great unobstructed views. Attached to the master is a large bathroom. THe other first floor bedroom has a queen size bed and a private deck balcony which overlooks the breezy gulf side. It is close to our second downstairs bathroom. Upstairs is another King Size Bedroom, plus the fourth bedroom which has 2 twin size beds. THere is another full bath upstairs.
LIVING SPACE/FIRST FLOOR: Large airy open two story living room, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The dining and living room areas open onto the back deck, with sliders.
SECOND FLOOR has a large open living area with our third TV, as well as the 2 second floor bedrooms already described. Tall windows face both the Gulf side AND the Bay side from the second floor.
DAMAGE PROTECTION FEE of $59 REQUIRED. This will be included when you perform your instant booking.
