Spacious Waterfront Beach House with Private Pier and Boat Dock – Chele’s Baysid

Escape to Chele's Bayside Cottage, a delightful 2-story vacation home on Dauphin Island where your furry friends are welcome! This pet-friendly beach retreat is located on the sound side, giving you a private beach with a pier that is boat-friendly and great for fishing.

Chele's Bayside Cottage features an open floor plan living space with a fully equipped modern kitchen and island seating, perfect for family gatherings. The dining room offers direct access to the covered back porch with waterfront views, while the tastefully decorated living room boasts a large flat-screen TV and access to the porch.

With four bedrooms spread throughout the house, including a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms on the first floor and a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds on the second floor, there's plenty of space for everyone. The NE King Bedroom offers waterfront views and direct porch access, while the SE Queen bedroom shares a bathroom with it. The SW Queen bedroom provides quick access to the common bathroom, and the upstairs bunk room is ideal for kids with its dedicated TV area.

Outside, the covered back porch features overhead fans, lounge chairs, and dining space. The back deck also includes a grill for outdoor cooking. Enjoy the private beach and stunning views of the Mississippi Sound, and take advantage of access to a pier with a covered boat slip, and fish cleaning station.

Chele's Bayside Cottage also includes a dedicated laundry room for convenience, swings and picnic tables under the pilings. Experience the best of island living at Chele's Bayside Cottage!

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following house rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
