The house was very clean and spacious. Didn’t see a single bug even ants. The appliances are great and in great condition. I went with my grandkids and they loved the space. The neighborhood was gated and the neighbors were very friendly. It was a great stay.

Affordable, cute home.

There were a few issues with this property but the owner was super responsive and fixed most of the issues. Pool and hot tub was not heated upon request and pump for hot tub had to be serviced while there so for half of our stay, we did not get hot tub heat even though we payed for it. House was super pretty inside but had garbage under the beds that were missed while cleaning from last people staying there and some of the frames In the guest bedrooms upstairs came apart as if it were ikea furniture that was poorly put together and not assembled right. Some of the mattresses upstairs could use updated and were hard/squeaky. For the most part it was an enjoyable stay, just a few minor issues.

I would stay here again!

The house was great! It was big and had everything that we needed. Plenty of towels, kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. There was bathroom soap and kitchen soap. Washer and dryer both worked well! The family loved playing pool in the garage! The pool was also nice.

Perfect for a Disney getaway

The home is beautiful and spacious - plenty of TVs for the many interests of our little family. There was enough cookware and utensils for the minimal cooking we did, and we loved how close it was to stores should we have needed anything. I would definitely stay here again - thank you for letting us stay!

Pool House in Davenport

We had a great time. The rooms were big and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet, private and close to shops. My granddaughters enjoyed the swimming pool and the garage with the pool table. Communications with Mark were great. The see-through refrigerator was a cool, too. We did not enjoy the TV in the Living Room since it didn't have access to Spectrum. A few of the remote controls were not working or had dead batteries. Overall, I recommend this VRBO and would stay there again in the future.

Spring break

I would assume because of the location and description of the property, that it was set up to cater to a family but there were many things that were a source of frustration: there was no laundry basket, the legs on the kitchen chairs were so loose they were coming off, the main burner on the stove top did not work, there were no plastic cups, no pool towels, no dish soap, no dish cloths, only a 2 cup coffee maker, limited cookware, pool furniture was aged and weathered, pool deck was very dirty, carpet was stained and dirty, no bbq grill (although that was not advertised). After speaking with the host, he did provide pool towels, dish soap, and dish cloths, but the burner on the stove top was not fixed. The TV in the upstairs bedroom did not work. For the price I would have expected these things to be available or in working order. We’ve rented many homes in the Orlando area and the items I noted were never an issue.

Home Away From Home

We booked this last minute due to our original accommodation not being suitable. I knew the area we wanted to be in and found this gem. I figured it would be ideal having a pool and spa , the decor and layout was open and bright. The neighborhood is centrally located, but tucked away enough that it is peaceful. Truly a blessing find. We will be back!!

Great House for a Girls get away.

5 Sisters get together before we all head out on a cruise. With the Midwest blizzards we wanted to make sure everyone could get here before the cruise. We use the house as a gathering place.
