Front Living Room - the living space at the front of the home has plenty of seating, a Ceiling Fan and 60” Flat Screen TV . There is also a bumper pool table that converts into a poker table, with a delightful window seat and access to a Wet Bar. The perfect setting for a family game night.

The Open Plan Family Room has a 75” Flat Screen TV, Ceiling Fan and offers plenty of comfortable seating for all your guests, a great setting for relaxation at the end of a busy day at the parks or out shopping.

The Open Plan Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and boasts a large kitchen Island with bar stools. A perfect place for breakfasts or to chat with your guests whilst preparing the evening meal. There is also access to a WC.

The Open Plan Dining Area has a modern 12-seater dining room table with matching chairs and truly is a focal point of the open plan space with views to the pool. A highchair is available to make family meals a breeze.

The room also has access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower and vanity (shared access with bedroom 1). With a fun Harry Potter Theme, any kid would be thrilled to be sleeping in this room.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs master) this stunning bedroom continues the crisp white décor with a coastal flare and has a king-sized bed, memory foam mattress and ceiling fan. It also has a walk-in closet and large ensuite bathroom with a separate bath, shower and two vanity units.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) this room has a king-sized bed and is situated at the front of the home. It boasts a ceiling fan and ensuite bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Enjoy lounging in bed with views of palm trees out your window.

- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.

- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit
- Full list of guests required before check-in
- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required
- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road. Parking is available on the driveway only, if your home does not have a driveway it will have a single allocated parking spot.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.
